The most dissatisfied thing is the location. To get to the hotel, you have to drive on a very rugged mountain road. The mountain road is winding and takes a long time. There is no elevator, no air conditioning, and no hot water boiler. You have to take the stairs underground to get a little hot water.

Hotel in Levens is quiet and well staffed. The location 20 kilometers north of the French City of Nice is perfect. Hotel is much cheaper than within Nice and often has rooms available during the summer season that are not availble within Nice. Hotel has a restaurant for evening and r mornings. You can take bus 19 from Gare Vauban (Routiere "bus Stn) to Modone bus stop within 200 metres of thehotel it is one stop north of Cavalier which in itself is just beyond the Round about before Levens with the Horse Head. Cost is 1.5 Euros one way good for an hour. Bus is about 40 minutes from AVauban) Buses every half hour either way. Hotel is great for daily trips into nice. Price 80 to 90 Euros clean room bedding shower quiet. Nice staff, can sit and have a drink on patio.

Slightly authoritarian boss who doesn't let the customer put down their luggage. A thousand questions were asked to us upon arrival (what breakfast we will have the next day, if we will eat in the evening, etc.) I understand that for the good organization of his establishment he asks questions but with a little more flexibility. We had just done 800km. Very clean hotel. Not much to say about the restaurant other than that the cuisine remains extremely classic.

Very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are pleasant. The hearty breakfast and the evening meal are good. We went there as a stopover on the way to vacation, and since it was over we stopped on the way back.

I recommend this hotel. Its location allows you to visit both the coast (Nice, Cannes, Monaco, Grasse...) but also to take beautiful walks in the hinterland. The establishment (interior and exterior) is very well maintained and the rooms very clean. Regarding the restoration there is only good to say. Hearty and varied breakfast. For dinner: excellent cuisine and a menu that suits even the pickiest eaters. For my part, I recommend the soup... Delicious.. The welcome is warm and the whole team takes great care. We had a very pleasant stay. We promise we will return to this hotel for our next vacation on the Côte d'Azur. Thanks again to the entire team at the La Vigneraie hotel

Ideally located in the hinterland of Nice to visit the pretty surrounding villages. The hotel is very well maintained; very warm welcome. The rooms are not very large, furnished in the old style and the bathrooms have been redone. Pension possible but we cannot give our opinion on this subject since we did not have any meals there. Pleasant restaurant and hearty breakfast.

We felt very good at the Hòtel La Vigneraie. Very nice room, the chef and his team friendly, helpful and generous. Good abundant breakfast. Good food for evening lunch. We would love to return to the Hotel one day.
