Hotel is very good. However quite hard to contact hotel. They do not provide email address.

The location of the hotel is right opposite the station, which is very convenient. The hotel is a very historical building. It is very special to stay in it. The breakfast is good, the environment is very comfortable, and I am very happy to stay.

Rooms very outdated, bathroom very outdated, dirty shower curtain, water almost did not drain, you are literally showering in dirty water, very poor breakfast, hardly replenished, little choice, cutlery is not replenished, no white bread or rolls or sandwiches, in terms of fruit there were a few bananas and apples, so not worth repeating

The hotel facilities are simple and there is no air conditioning. It was a bit hot when I checked in in mid-June. The hotel is next to a square. There is a lot of noise from vehicles during the day, and the restaurants and bars downstairs are very noisy at night. The breakfast is rich, with hot water and hot milk.

Geweldig hoe flexibel dit hotel is als je kindje in het ziekenhuis ligt. Heel erg bedankt voor het meedenken en de service! Omdat het niet zeker was wanneer mijn dochter naar de medium care afdeling kon waar 1 ouder mag blijven overnachten, hebben ze mijn kamer aangehouden en kon de reservering ‘aan of uit zetten’ wanneer het uitkwam. Super!

Hotel fronte stazione in un bel palazzo di fine 800 comodissimo per i vostri spostamenti. La ns camera standard era piccola e bisognosa di restyling come tutto l interno dell hotel. Colazione valida con ingredienti di qualità, da aggiungere se non compresa nel prezzo della camera per i 15 euro richiesti@

Hotel di fronte alla stazione, comodissimo per i nostri spostamenti. Camera minuscola e molti spifferi dalle finestre. Bagno abbastanza grande. Sicuramente le camere hanno bisogno di un restyling. Buona la colazione a buffet anche se il servizio è inesistente.

Hotel di fronte alla stazione e sulla via principale di Leuven. Fine delle cose buone. Camere piccoline e arredate malissimo, Bagn o imbarazzante doccia malfunzionante che si allaga ; TV che va a corrente alternata bloccandosi o non permettendo la visione. Personale che, seppur cortese, sembra sia statto messo li a caso senza la minima formazione. Colazione adeguata ma carente dal punto di vista dell'assistenza per li motivi di cui sopra. Non ci tornerò e non lo consiglio
