MY REVIEW DOES NOT CONCERN THE STRUCTURE SINCE I UNFORTUNATELY WAS NOT ABLE TO STAY THERE BUT SIMPLY CONCERNS THE TOTAL LACK OF AVAILABILITY TOWARDS A CUSTOMER "IN DIFFICULTY". I SIMPLY HAD BOOKED THROUGH BOOKING, ONE NIGHT AT THE PROPERTY BUT UNFORTUNATELY 4 DAYS BEFORE THE TRIP, MY DAD WAS ADMITTED TO HOSPITAL FOR AN INTRACEREBRAL HEMATOMA WHICH NEEDS TO BE URGENTLY OPERATED. I ALSO PROPOSED TO SEND THE CERTIFICATE OF HOSPITALIZATION IN THE EMERGENCY. DESPITE THE EMAILS AND MESSAGES SENT TO THE STRUCTURE ALSO THROUGH THE BOOKING PORTAL, I HAVE NEVER HAD A HINT OF RESPONSE. THE REQUEST WAS SIMPLY TO MEET ME BY LOWERING OR CANCELING THE PENALTY, I.E. THE PAYMENT OF THE ENTIRE AMOUNT, E 103 FOR ONE NIGHT. SINCE I NEVER HAD AN ANSWER, I CALLED AND THEY SYNTHETICLY DISMISSED ME, SAYING THAT THEIR POLICY DOES NOT ALLOW IT. I THINK THAT IN EXCEPTIONAL CASES LIKE THESE, AN IMPORTANT STRUCTURE LIKE SPORTHOTEL COULD HAVE HAD GREATER SENSITIVITY TOWARDS A CUSTOMER UNABLE TO COME DUE TO A SERIOUS AND DOCUMENTABLE HEALTH PROBLEM, THAT'S ALL, BUT EVIDENTLY THE ONLY IMPORTANCE TODAY IS THERE EUROS MORE THAN HUMANITY, RELATIONSHIP, LOYALTY, UNDERSTANDING. Our seventh time at the Xander and we had a very enjoyable stay. Although the snow was poor the hotel was very comfortable, the good excellent and the staff were lovely. The wellness area was very relaxing.

Die Zimmer sind pragmatisch eingerichtet, das Badezimmer ist mit sehr nostalgisch, altbackenen Fliesen versehen. Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr sauber, jedoch leider nicht behindertengerecht eingerichtet, überall gibt es Schwellen, die zu Problemen werden können

Positief: Een ruime kamer (tikje gedateerd), een fijn zwembad, goed eten. Super dat er iedere middag soep en brood/taart was. We waardeerden ook de locatie van het hotel: dichtbij de loipes. Tip: een elektrische waterkoker lijkt ons handiger dan een fluitketel op een elektrisch kookplaatje.

Ideal für unsere Familie war das Zimmer, der Service. Besonders hervorzuheben der abgetrennte Barbereich mit der Möglichkeit Hunde mitzubringen. Beim Abendessen waren die Highlights in jedem Fall das Vorspeisen- / Salatbuffet und das Angebot an Kuchen. Auch die Umgebung mit den Wandermöglichkeiten ist hervorragend. Einzig habe ich den Eindruck, dass die Region den Trend zur Elektrifizierung von Fahrzeugen etwas verschläft, was dazu führte, dass wir etwas Probleme hatten, unser Fahrzeug zu laden. Konkreter Verbesserungsvorschlag: Entweder die Gemeinde oder den örtlichen Stromversorger antriggern, hier mehr zu tun (Platz wäre auch z.B. an der Tankstelle gegenüber), oder wie es viele Hotels schon machen, direkt am Hotel eine Lademöglichkeit anbieten. Das erschließt zusätzlich den Kundenkreis der Familien und Paare, die bereits auf ein Elektrofahrzeug umgestiegen sind und macht sich gut in den Features des Hauses. Aufgrund der niedrigen Kosten für diese Infrastruktur normalerweise eine lohnende Zukunftsinvestition. Gesamtbewertung: sehr positiv
