The location of the hotel in the center of Leukerbad is great. Close to restaurants and bars. And most important close to plenty hiking opportunities. The views from the balcony/terrace is simply stunning. The lady-owner at the reception is very friendly and helpful and can provide plenty information about the area. Breakfast was included and very good.

Sehr unfreundlicher Empfang durch die Besitzerin bereits am Telefon, nun verstehe ich auch unsere Miss Schweiz mit dem Kommentar über die Walliser. Deshalb empfehle ich die Unterkunft nicht. Wenn das Personal nicht bereit ist, aufgrund einer detaillierten Schilderung zu zu hören und das Telefon während der Konversation unfreundlichst auflegt ohne zu verabschieden, bin wohl unwillkommen und fahre ich nach Graubünden, oder Österreich, Frankreich und Italien weiter.

La dame très sympa et la chambre avec le Jacuzzi super Bien et très jolie on a vraiment aimer 💓 c’est propre une belle vu de puis le balcon a revenir pour plus de nuit car 1 nuit c’est été trop court pour faire les visit et des activités.

Si vous avez envie d'aller aux bains c'est parfait ! ils sont à 5 minutes à pieds; Brigith nous a très bien accueilli avec toutes les précisions voulues; le parking souterrain même s'il n'est pas sous l'hotel (5 minutes à pied) a été très pratique car arrivés avec le soleil nous sommes repartis sous la neige..nous avons mangé sur place et franchement c'est excellent; ne tenez pas compte des photos extérieures qui ne donnent pas forcément le bon ressenti; les poissons très biens cuits étaient très bons et le service très cordial. Pour l'appartement si la literie est bonne et l'espace confortable, l'on peut déplorer qu'il n'y ai pas au moins une bouilloire dans l'appartement si vous ne prenez pas le supplément cuisine (60 Frch tout de même) l'espace étant fermé à clefs ! seuls quelques verres sont accessibles...dommage sinon le tout aurait été parfait !

L'accueil y est excellent. Le calme est appreciable. La chambre avec son grand balcon est très bien. Petit bémol pour le matelas un.peu trop mou et la porte de la salle de bain qui est juste coulissante. Le petit déjeuner est parfait. Nous reviendrons volontiers dans cet établissement.

We hebben een appartement geboekt (met hotelservice). Omdat het voor over een lange vakantie ging, hebben we een prachtig appartement gekregen met alle voorzieningen en ingerichte keuken en uitmuntend uitzicht over de bergen in dit bergdorp. Er was niet elke dag onderhoud (bedden, schoonmaak) maar dat vonden we prima. Het ontbijt was meer dan voldoende, zonder overweldigend te zijn. Maar de zorg van de familie in het hotel was super. We hebben nog nooit zo'n toegewijde mensen ontmoet als hen. Stel je een vraag, dan krijg je veel meer informatie dan je verwacht zou hebben. Ze zijn ook oprecht geïnteresseerd in wat je meegemaakt hebt, of welke activiteiten je gepland hebt. Gewoon maar om je tips te geven.

Siamo stati, la mia compagna ed io, per 4 giorni in questo hotel , nel centro del villaggio e ci siamo innamorati di questo posto. La camera con terrazza a sud è molto bella, grande con una magnifica visione delle montagne di fronte. Ottima la cordialità dei proprietari e del servizio per i clienti. Il breakfast fa onore alla tradizione svizzera: tutto di ottima qualità, molto variato e invita ad approfittrne per gustarne sia la frutta che tutto il resto. Per un italiano buono anche il caffé. La simpatia della Signora Manuela e di sua madre ci hanno fatto sentire tra amici, sempre sorridenti e pronte ad esaudire ogni domanda. Fa proprio venire voglia di ritornarci presto
