The house and the apartment themselves are atypical and very nice. The problem is the drainage of water in the shower and the handle of the window door which does not hold.
We stayed two nights and the room was not made up. On the other hand, that of our neighbors yes even though they arrived at the same time as us. Strange, no? I still recommend the place.

Nice historic house, partially functioning as a museum, location on the water front but, house with 4 or 5 rooms can be noisy, sometimes tours coming thru the house and privacy can be an issue. Parking can be an issue, only available on street. Check-in, you must go next door to reception at hotel Terminal, but nothing to tell you that on your booking. Pictures of pool look like it belongs directly to the villa, no, its part of hotel Terminal next door but accessible and you get towels from reception. Pool bery clean and nice. Breakfast, is very limited, some nice little danishes and croissants and there it ends- only a dish with ham and cheese, hard boiled eggs and the scrambled eggs cold and looked like someone had them already. Staff kind of nice but also somewhat ignorant. Language barrier not the problem, I speak Italian. Overall the location saved the day, but would never stay here again. Maybe all a bit slow here, cause still slightly off season.

Great place to stay. I will definitely come back with my family someday soon. The villa is gorgeous and has a wonderful view of the ocean from the balcony or living room. Breakfast is in the hotel nearby. Loved every part of it.

Historic villa with great charm, set in a small private park with sea view. On the sea. There are only four rooms in a historical context of other times: you visit the kitchen, the living room, the living room and the study of the old owners Caroli. You are part of history. Breathe history. The furniture is old, not antique, there is no TV in the rooms, there are no mixers. But it is so. Are you OK. Tranquility, cleanliness, large spaces. The villa just for us...an experience and a view of the magnificent Ionian Sea, the only downside is the check-in you have to do at the Terminal Hotel..you have to know that..the breakfast on the terrace facing the sea nothing more to add.

Wonderful villa from the late 1980s with antique furnishings and all comforts; very central location. Kitchen and living rooms of the time... beautiful and exciting. Swimming pool surrounded by greenery and reserved umbrella on the beach in front. Inside there is also a very comfortable SPA. Buffet breakfast in the adjacent Terminus hotel, where it is also possible to rent bikes. Perfect for a relaxing stay.
