交通便利，停車方便，位置很好，吃飯都很近，市區內最優質的酒店了，前台非常熱情大方，有求必應，早餐也比較豐富，房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全，有水果點心酸奶等簡食，備有水咖啡等非常暖心，不愧是四星級酒店，細節到位，以後出差都會來這裏。也會介紹朋友過來。

感覺是樂亭最高級的酒店了，設施環境與地理位置都很棒，就是早餐樣數一般，好在乾淨衞生，可能是春節廚房放假吧，房間乾淨整潔，配了四瓶哇哈哈純凈水，喝水量大可以免費再提供，雖然兩塊錢一瓶，但是很暖心，李大釗的故鄉，一座海濱小城，等休假了，一定去樂亭玩幾天，體驗一下當地風土人情。

任何一位工作人員都會禮貌問好。房間雖然裝修舊了但打掃及時乾淨，給備了免費零食和水果。除夕會暖心送餃子，早餐雖簡單但很注意保温吃得挺舒服。最想提的是充電器忘在房間裏，及時打電話通知並幫助保存，特別感謝！

酒店雖然有點老了，但是底藴還是在的。房間很大而且佈置很好，床躺上去很舒服，休息很好。早餐也很不錯除了種類有些少。能接受的可以選擇來這裏入住休息。

小縣城有一個這樣的酒店確實不錯，服務意識熱情，水果酸奶都贈送，就是早餐略顯簡單，收餐時間太短，不錯，停車場夠大，且離高速下口很近，方便。

每次出差樂亭，選來選去，還是住承啟酒店比較合適，雖然硬件設施比較舊了，但整體還能接受，
有客房有免費水果，牛奶！太棒了！
其實酒店可以做得更好一些！建議如下：
1. 早餐弄點西式的，烤麪包啥的，
2. 每次進入餐廳，服務員發雙筷子，餐盤，總覺得怪怪的，跑遍全國，唯有承啟這樣的！
酒店回覆點評，可以認真一點，不要每次都那麼象徵性的應付客人的點評，要有實質性改進，

一度作為樂亭最大的酒店，沒想到時隔多年，還是那樣的整潔如新，晚上有暖心的牛奶麪包餅乾和糖果，設施也有檔次，可有早餐服務。服務也很熱情。滿意！
