We arrived at 3pm, but the room was not cleaned, so we could not check in. We were finally allowed to check in at 4:30pm. There was only one person at the front desk, and she was very nice. The main reason was that the room was not cleaned, and they were not prepared for many guests during the holidays. We checked in at 4:30pm, but we were even more upset when we entered the room. There were other people's underwear and socks in the room. It was the first time I saw that. Finally, someone who claimed to be a leader said that we could check out later, but this "leader" was not wearing work clothes, but casual clothes. I don't know what he did. It was really a super bad experience.

The hotel is located facing the sea, there are not many hot spring pools, but there is no one, you can book the whole place. The only drawback is that the breakfast is too bad.

Let's talk about the advantages first: I went on a trip during the May Day holiday, and the room had a good view of the sea. It was very convenient to have a food street downstairs, and the price was very reasonable. Let's talk about the disadvantages: I. Hardware facilities: 1. The air conditioner in the room was ridiculously loud. I couldn't sleep with the air conditioner on, and it was scorching hot. 2. The sound insulation was too poor. The voices outside the door were super clear, and I was woken up by the noise in the middle of the night and in the morning. 3. The toilet was small, and the yellow water stains on the toilet were obvious. It couldn't be flushed away and looked very dirty. 4. The floor was scratched and the carpet was stained. II. Hotel services: 1. Breakfast was 7-9 o'clock, and most hotels were 10 o'clock, resulting in no breakfast for 2 nights of stay, and of course no refund. 2. I asked for cleaning when I stayed for a longer stay. I called twice, but they delayed it until more than 6 o'clock in the evening on the grounds of grabbing the room, and the mineral water was not refilled. The bathrobe was taken away and no new one was left. I had to call for it. The above is an objective evaluation given by the only five-star hotel. The room rate for one night during the May Day holiday reached more than 1,400 yuan, and the facilities and services were not up to par. The experience was very poor!
