房間乾淨整潔，房東熱情好客服務態度很好，樓下就是吃飯的地方很方便，入住很方便，出門左轉就是海邊，妥妥的海景房

在這裏看評價好又方便才定的這裏，結果去了真的是後悔死了！首先，老闆娘一點也不熱情，愛答不理的樣子，説話口音很重，聽不太懂，溝通很困難。6點多入住到晚上8點多還沒連上wifi，我打了好幾個電話，不是不接，就是聽不懂，先是告訴我密碼，我怎麼也連不上，然後我又給那個密碼的電話打，電話裏是她的丈夫，就一直説人不在唐山，有事找這老闆娘，老闆娘死活不接電話，好容易接了，我讓她把密碼發給我，説了一句不知道什麼就給我掛了！於是我衹好大晚上找到她家飯店，他確實挺忙，沒空搭理我，然後他兒子跟我去公寓，才好容易連上wifi。但是！電視不能看！因為網停機了！有孩子吵着看電視，一直都不能看！這是兩件挺噁心的事。然後還有更噁心的，客廳裏沒有空調！！！客廳沙發的扶手讓人躺的黑色的油泥很噁心。床上沒有床墊，很硬。衞生間的水不知道為什麼，像摻了潤滑油，怎麼沖都沖不乾淨，很難受！然後他家的飯店點菜也都是蒜薹炒萬物，啥菜裏面都放蒜薹！不吃蒜薹的人還是別去了！本來還想出海的，老闆娘愛答不理的樣子，我還是自己另謀出路了！早知道這樣絕對不會定兩宿，是我出去玩住過的最差的公寓！

位置：按照導航沒問題，加房主微信，也會給發地址，很準確的，晚上的話，拐彎路口偏黑，有點容易來過，但是很好找環境：房間衞生挺乾淨的，比較整齊，有麻將機的，還有個冰櫃，可以冷藏或者冷凍，客廳挺大的，周邊比較好，一層從地下停車庫走，超級方便。服務：房主大姐人很好，會等客人來了，帶去房間，會主動詢問吃什麼，去的時候很晚了的，大姐一直在等我們，還給做了飯，想吃什麼提前跟大姐説一聲，能幫忙買，很貼心。

朋友去樂亭玩，讓我代訂的房間，因為去年住過所以直接定了這家，在小區門口的海騰飯店辦理入住，就住在裏，如果上島的話選這邊非常好。早中晚都可以在海騰飯店吃飯，鮁魚餡蒸餃好吃，海鮮毛血旺也不錯。下次去樂亭還會再來的
