the Ramada Lethbridge, was in a good location, shops next door and others nearby. Our room was on the 9th floor, which provided views of the surrounding area. The room was clean and comfortable and a good size too. Breakfast was provided in cost as was good. The staff we dealt with were good. Parking was free.

I was very sceptical after I booked this place and read some of the reviews but my son and I really enjoyed our stay here. We had a beautiful view of the coulee from our room which was very clear as well. The pool and hot tub area was absolutely wonderful. Breakfast was great as well with lots of choices.. I found the staff super friendly and accommodating, and went out of their way to checkin and to make sure that everything was OK. Less money for a more beautiful room than the other hotels that we have stayed at in Lethbridge.

This hotel is the best hotel in Lethbridge. Best in price as it’s a 5 star stay in my books. Pet and people friendly with lovely helpful staff from the front desk gentlemen tall with very dark hair who is superb!!! The lovely sweet housekeeping staff and Vince on the management staff. The hotel is extremely clean and has a beautiful tropical indoor garden, which is so welcoming in the winter months. The Italian Table restaurant is yummy and there is a superb breakfast!!! Conveniently located to the mall, breathtaking views and a short trip to all of the big box stores and quant downtown! I recommend this place for sure!!

Boy oh boy, tax after tax after tax..etc,place is very nice ,late arriving , so we went to the restaurant (tony romas)..hadn’t been in one in a long time..food was good,..prior to that at checkin we were asked if we would like a breakfast coupon ,for $25. It was SUPPOSED, to cover the am breakfast,..got it,went in the am, the girl was very stand offish..gave her the coupon and were told we were still responsible for anything over that,,,whoops what’s going on,we were over due to pricing we paid the extra..went to the front desk for recertification,and found out the whole truth never came out,,at this time they are looking into it..IN the am. had to walk with all luggage down 4 flights x2 as the elevators were not working, 1 tired 80 yr old and 1 tired 75 yr old..

A big thank you to the General Manager (Preet Joan ) who went out of his way to make our stay great. All the staff were friendly and very helpful and could not have done more. The Hotel it self needs up dates especially in the rooms area ( very tattered and worn) the rooms were clean and housekeeping did a great job of looking after everything. The Bathroom has upgrades but its very small. The control of the heat was impossible at times and it seemed maintenance could not get it under control. I am sure that in time it will all be fixed. Breakfast was complimentary with the room but it was the same for the 10 days we were there. A change up on the hot breakfast would be nice . Over all the stay was great because of the fabulous staff. Thank you Preet and staff.

Room was clean and quiet and staff was great. Good desk in room to work at with fast wifi. Check in & check out was fast and efficient. Nice gym and pool area. All around nice place for the price. Denny's restaurant, which is in the same building as the hotel, had no so great service at supper time but breakfast staff are excellent. Definitely will stay here again on my next trip to Lethbridge.

We tried a different hotel than before during our annual trip to Lethbridge. This one had a unique almost 60’s decor when we first arrived. We were told that checkin was at 4, but to come back at 3. Once we had our rooms, we were given a main floor room. The room smelled very clean and the bed was soft and clean. Other than one stray hair in the shower, the overall room was clean. The breakfast was hot and had the typical sausage Pattie-sausage link-scrambled eggs-egg omelette variety. Was hoping for a bacon upgrade on the Sunday but oh well. Also happy with the size and room in the parking lot. Did have a couple of issues with some noisy guests not at fault of the hotel. I did notice, however, the price increase per night due to events going on in the city.
