2-Star Hotels in Lethbridge

I was very sceptical after I booked this place and read some of the reviews but my son and I really enjoyed our stay here. We had a beautiful view of the coulee from our room which was very clear as well. The pool and hot tub area was absolutely wonderful. Breakfast was great as well with lots of choices.. I found the staff super friendly and accommodating, and went out of their way to checkin and to make sure that everything was OK. Less money for a more beautiful room than the other hotels that we have stayed at in Lethbridge.

Stay at Wingate by Wyndham Lethbridge for modern comfort and convenience in southern Alberta. Our central location off Highway 3 provides easy access to Nikka Yuko Japanese Garden Helen Schuler Nature Centre and Fort Whoop-Up. Surrounded by restaurants our pet-friendly hotel is minutes from Park Place Mall and businesses such as Richardson Oilseed and P and H Milling. For those flying in book a free third-party shuttle to Lethbridge Airport YQL. Back at the hotel enjoy amenities like free breakfast and WiFi as well as a pool and gym.

A big thank you to the General Manager (Preet Joan ) who went out of his way to make our stay great. All the staff were friendly and very helpful and could not have done more. The Hotel it self needs up dates especially in the rooms area ( very tattered and worn) the rooms were clean and housekeeping did a great job of looking after everything. The Bathroom has upgrades but its very small. The control of the heat was impossible at times and it seemed maintenance could not get it under control. I am sure that in time it will all be fixed. Breakfast was complimentary with the room but it was the same for the 10 days we were there. A change up on the hot breakfast would be nice . Over all the stay was great because of the fabulous staff. Thank you Preet and staff.

The Hilton always have rooms available at any time . The rooms are fresh, clean & the staff is friendly . They also are there with any help needed. The breakfast also has a variety of different foods whenever we travel we always stay with the Hilton as also we are Honor Members

We tried a different hotel than before during our annual trip to Lethbridge. This one had a unique almost 60’s decor when we first arrived. We were told that checkin was at 4, but to come back at 3. Once we had our rooms, we were given a main floor room. The room smelled very clean and the bed was soft and clean. Other than one stray hair in the shower, the overall room was clean. The breakfast was hot and had the typical sausage Pattie-sausage link-scrambled eggs-egg omelette variety. Was hoping for a bacon upgrade on the Sunday but oh well. Also happy with the size and room in the parking lot. Did have a couple of issues with some noisy guests not at fault of the hotel. I did notice, however, the price increase per night due to events going on in the city.

Booked a PET FRIENDLY room a week before for the July 1 long weekend. Got confirmation from my email that a room with 2 Queen beds and a NON smoking room was designated for us on the said date. Took advantage of the amazing weather that day and arrive almost midnight of JULY 1. Dead tired and ready to retire but so happy with the day activities only to get the most shocking news of my life as me and my whole family got DENIED for checking in. Reason why????? We have our pet with us a SHIH TZU at first I thought it was a joke! Only to realize that night auditor is giving me a straight face information that he is not allowing us because of our PET. Realizing the gravity of the situation it's midnight and his stupid advice when I ask him on where on earth we are going to sleep that night? His inhumane answer for me is to check around the City of Lethbridge for a hotel that could accommodate us (Heatless human being) . I argue with him to check their own website. THEIR WEBSITE STATES ....... Line 4 on Featured Amenities Clearly states PET FRIENDLY. It was mentioned again on ALL Amenities line 16 the WORDS ” PET FRIENDLY” I was not a born citizen of this country but it's not rocket science nor astro physics on what those phrases means even an elementary school grader can understand that. THEIR HOTEL POLICY ALSO STATES ”2 PETS ALLOWED. So, this night auditor keep on repeating that their hotel is PET FRIENDLY BUT THEY ONLY HAVE 4 (FOUR) rooms only. How on earth can a paying customer like me will find out that they have limited pet friendly rooms. NOTHING ON THIER WEBSITE STATES THAT THEY ONLY GOT 4 ROOMS. Never mentioned on my booking confirmation that NO PETS ALLOWED ON OUR ROOM. This employee next actions defined the true definitions of UNPROFESSIONALISM calling the RCMP and LYING AND MAKING UP A STORY to the police THAT I'M BEING A RACIST to him!!!!!! I was in total shocked when those words came out of his mouth. But took the courage on saying to him infront of the police ” You don't need to LIE! How could be a racist if I myself is also an IMMIGRANT on this great country. I was told by the police to leave the premises Mr.. Police officer didn't even bother asking our sides of the story. REGARDLESS IF I'M RIGHT OR HAVE A POINT we were shooed away like animals. I was sick to my stomach and can't believe the police are being one sided. Shame on you Super 8 Lethbridge for FALSE advertisement. To you Mr. Night Auditor sometimes you need to be a man and learn how to apologize and accept that you are on the wrong. Someday somehow your LIES will catch up with you. I'm hoping you and your love ones will never experienced our nightmare that night.

Beautiful experience as soon as we arrive, the room was nicely cleaned throughout our stay made sure that we were comfortable and gave us the extras that we asked for . The breakfast was nice and warm lots of variety and if you want it second it was more than enough, the pool was fun the kids had a blast. We will definitely be coming back. We stayed for three nights and it was nice and relaxing. I will be coming back again.

Friendly staff, clean, quiet and spacious room, and a good complimentary breakfast with a variety of options. Location is okay as well, you can walk to different restaurants, which is nice after a long day in the car. If I ever need to stay in Lethbridge again, I will stay at the SureStay.

The room was nice and the television was easy to operate. The breakfast (included) was one of the better breakfasts I have had in a hotel. Pool was nice too! Staff were knowledgeable and helpful. I will use this location again. The only thing I did not like was having to eradicate the flies from my room. Must be the time of year where flies are looking to get in from the cold.
