Days Inn by Wyndham Lethbridge

Since it was a cheap deal we got a tiny room. The bathtub was disgusting old cracked paint, stained very bad and slimy when showering, cracked tile!

The hotel was going through construction during my stay. The sound was quite annoying. Rather than that other seevices are good

We stayed in the non-smoking room, which doesn’t have windows going outside, just inside the lobby where is the swimming pool and it still smells like cigarettes in the room. Disgusting! Cleaning service is very poor! We stayed there for 3 nights and they “cleaned” our room twice which is making bed( my 14yo brother does it better) all the sheets were on the floor, changing garbages and towels. It was two of us staying in the room, but towels were changed just for 1 person. I was very upset. I stayed in Lethbridge for vacation. I didn’t want to worry about cleanliness in the hotel and smell of cigarettes in non-smoking room.

This was a great value - we had a large double room that fit our family of 6, nice breakfast, lovely pool and hot tub with an incredible view. Right on the valley with acess to an extensive trail network, including the viaduct bridge. The hotel is a bit worn, and not fancy. But if you are okay with that and happy to save some $$, this is perfect. Also had smoking and pet friendly rooms. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was helpful when we had a problem with the tv, unfortunately they were unable to fix the problem. Other than that it was a good experience.
