The hotel is clean and nicely laid out. There is comfortable seating in foyer area with coffee available. The hotel itself is very central to the local shops and facilities. Letchworth is a pretty garden city with quite a vibrant shopping experience.

We stayed at the PI, Letchworth from Feb 5th to Feb 15th. Our stay was longer than anticipated due to a family trauma. The staff went over and above to support and accommodate us during this stressful time. (Aileen and Pete in particular). Kindness and sympathy were shown in abundance.

Gorgeous room, bed was unbelievably comfortable, so much extra space. The bathroom was spotless with a lovely shower that looked brand new! Room was a little chilly when we arrived but the heating is so easy to figure out with the provided instructions. The breakfast was lovely, eggs cooked to order how you asked for them and all round a really friendly team. We were served by a bearded and tattooed gentleman (manager I would have guessed) and he was absolutely delightful, so attentive and kind. We only stayed because of a family event nearby and considering it was both our cheapest and BEST premier inn experience, we will definitely stay again next time we visit family!

Excellent staff, Pete on reception was very good we checked if there were any with a window and he checked and found one available and swapped us over the bed was great just what you need for a good nights sleep Breakfast was great value what more can I say, so if you’re visiting letchworth this hotel would be a great place to stay

First class breakfast.. in fact..the best Premier Inn breakfast we have ever had. A proper Dualit toaster (not those awful chain driven shoot things) . Spotlessly clean kitchen. Lovely clean reception area. Friendly humans. Poached eggs bang on! Decent quality sausage. Well done everyone.

Great clean room and super friendly staff. However my noise complaint was not dealt with at all and was unable ti sleep between 2:30am and 7am due to party next door. I asked the neighbours to please be more quiet myself, then went to reception and explained the situation however this was not resolved and as a consequence I got no sleep

The location is very good but there is no parking. surrounding areas of parking are all costly, which tends to negate the point of staying at a cheap hotel. Breakfast was available at a cost, but about twice the price of that available in the adjacent Wetherspoons pub! The room was excellent but there is no servicing unless you ask for it which is often not convenient. So, no replacement clean towels no bed made, no waste bin emptied, cup not cleaned or replaced. The Air con was rather noisy. The most alarming thing was that there was no window to open. That to me constituted a dangerous situation should there be an emergency. Due to the above it is unlikely we will stay there again

While there are no frills, the Premier Inn at Letchworth is great. It is right in the middle of town, but is very quiet. Rooms have excellent beds, a good bathroom and everything is spotless. I have stayed several times, and intend to return. Letchworth Garden City a very nice town.
