房間好舊。房間空調老化，開半天都熱不起來，客廳空調還是壞的。沒有一次性的毛巾浴巾，沒有拼裝水。被子也很薄，空調又老化。晚上衹有3度左右，睡覺會冷。被子還有股怪怪味道

環境很考究，看出來有精心設計過，讓人眼前一亮項目非常齊全，能夠滿足一家人的需求了，遛娃好去處必須打個滿分💯服務真的超級好，又熱情又細心幸好過來路上不費勁，店也好找，主要離地鐵🚇站非常近，朋友們不用擔心

首先説周邊環境吧，就在理工學院正門對面，我就是理工學院畢業的，所以周邊我很熟悉，商超餐飲都是有的。老闆服務態度也很好，房間衞生搞得不錯，有點問題的就是房間有一股煙味，被子和枕頭不知道是怎麼回事，有一股汗味。其他設施都還可以，肖壩這個位置100多能住兩間卧室的套房挺划算的，總體來説還是值得推薦的。

床鋪上一股子餿汗味。枕頭上也是。唯一好的就是有洗衣機洗了一下衣服。床上層層疊疊的棉絮。湊合一晚再不去了

居然家門口就能住名宿，挺好的還有廚房，比附近的蒙特雷斯巴適太多了。樓層挺高的也很安靜。很滿意，原本打算再住一晚的，行程臨時變動了。下次回來還可以訂

房間在居民住宅樓裏，舊一些，但不管是廚房還是其他房間衞生做的很好，兩室兩廳有各人的私密空間，燈光很亮，效果不錯，空調熱風很大，客廳很快就很熱和，樓層高能看到江景，普通床墊，睡眠感受一般；很不愉快的事，延遲到下午2點退房老闆要求多出30塊錢，發票老闆直接説還開不了（懷疑沒有合法手續，安全性細思極恐）找的另外一個酒店重新出了税錢幫開的票，最後算算總費用99塊變152塊，多出了一半的房價，需要開票的朋友就不用考慮這家酒店了；總之，本次入住自己費用多掏出了一半（99塊變152塊）最後搞得心情很糟糕，入住體驗差到極點。

房屋寬敞明亮，衞生整潔，樓層適中，居住環境好，四人入住剛好，樓下大超市，有火鍋 翹腳牛肉等特色菜，校園附近有小吃街。離周邊幾所大學近。離公交站也不遠，有直達公交去樂山大佛和高鐵站，去峨眉山做公交衹需換乘一次車。老闆熱情又周到。本次旅遊西安 成都 九寨 住的民宿都挺好，尤其樂山這家好中之好！超棒，以後去樂山還會選擇美好時光！
