Looking at the picture, I booked a room with Ctrip and another room with another number. There were two rooms in total. The attitude was quite bad. I checked out of the room at 12 o'clock in the middle of the day. I wonder if the good reviews were generated? Anyway, the experience is not good, the room is small, and it’s very awkward

This hotel has nothing to do with Sichuan Rong, it's just a play on words. It's actually called Rongxing Hotel, and "Chuan" is equivalent to its logo. Even in the old town, it has nothing to do with a hotel. It is just a guest house, and it has nothing to do with a smart hotel. The pictures are really for reference only. I originally wanted to give it one star, but I tolerated it because of the enthusiasm at the front desk.

房間確實便宜，性價比高，旅館的錢住了一晚酒店，小是小點很乾凈衞生。服務是真的不錯，停車都有專門的保安師傅帶，很近就在酒店背後，出了錢也給報銷免費停車。問了一下第二天準備去樂山大佛的，很專業的根據我們的個人情況給我們推薦路線美食，讓外地人也體驗了一把當地人感受，沒踩坑之類的，可以，下次還來

雖然是第一次入住但也關注過，抱着試試的心態住了一晚，還是有點小驚喜!是真的不錯，服務人員都很熱情。到店後，保安大哥熱情的幫忙安排車位、拿行李。原以為訂的特價房型房間會很差，但是到了房間卻感覺出乎意料，房間打掃的十分乾淨，設施設備齊全，房間雖然緊湊一些，但是讓人感覺十分温馨。對於常年在外出差的我來説很方便。主要是房價實惠，停車免費，住的很滿意!

前台的服務實在是太好了！辦理入住的時候看我們帶了個孩子自動給我們升級了房型，給了我們更大的空間，還別説升級的智能房型真不錯，房間寬敞明亮，衞生特別好，熱水很給力，每個房間都有消毒，床單被套都很乾凈，隔音效果也很好，天貓精靈可以播放電視、開電視、開空調、播放音樂、講笑話等等，真的挺不錯的，保安大哥還幫我們把行李送上樓，走的時候也有幫忙把行李送上了車。辦理入住的時候前台主動告知入住酒店期間如有任何疑問或者任何需要隨時撥打酒店前台電話，真的很少有酒店這樣，給人一種賓至如歸的感覺。另外平時進出酒店遇到的每一位工作人員都會熱情的向你打招呼，特別是我落下了東西前台小姐姐專門致電告知並幫忙寄回，真的有種特別温暖的感覺，值得推薦。

停車場小不好停車，不過工作人員會指引停車；房間非常小，週末過來定了四個房間，其中兩個特價大床房，特價大床房房間裏除了床就衹有一人通行的過道。這個房間相對特價房算是比較好的了，所謂智能酒店就是房間多了個天貓精靈，自動開了窗簾，連電視機和空調都沒有自動打開，感覺有點沽名釣譽。這是給爸媽定的房間，但體驗感很不好。電梯和走廊裏都沒有空調，很熱。服務還可以，最大的優點就是距離上中順美食街近，可步行過去。個人來説，住宿體驗不好。
