The room is not very soundproof. I can hear people chatting in the next room at night. At around 8 o'clock in the morning, there are all the sounds of doors closing and walking! The feeling of being awakened is vividly reflected! 2. Although the curtains in the room are two-layered, they do not block light at all! Add to that the sound of the door closing, the cleaning staff talking, and the guests walking. It was a weekend, so I got up earlier than going to work! 3. Parking is inconvenient. The hotel parking lot can only park about 10 cars. You need to park in the public parking lot across the road! The key is that I also encountered a heavy rain! 4. The service attitude at the front desk is terrible! The service is not good and the guests are very irritated! It's just a matter of saying sorry to the guests because of the difficulty in parking. I have to argue that the public charging parking lot across the street also belongs to the hotel, because they will pay, making it seem like the guests really can't afford the parking fee! 5. The room is very small. The key is that there is a musty smell when you open the door. No wonder you can't cancel the order after booking! It feels like I can’t live with you, so I have to collect the money! 6. The hotel feels that they are not afraid of complaints. I responded that they would truthfully write down the real situation in the review. The front desk said in a very confused way that you should write it down. 7. The hotel offered me 30 yuan in cash compensation, but I refused! It all feels a bit insulting to me!

I later agreed to move to another room, even if we were not on the same floor as my family. I also said that we basically didn’t move this room, and the girl at the front desk directly Sneered and said with a sarcastic expression and tone, we can’t sell this room! Can you sell it? There is something wrong with your room! The way you spoke with a sneer made people angry. If I had a better attitude, I would not write such a negative review. After leaving the store, the power bank was left in the room. I confirmed that it was in the room and told me where it was located. After my strong request, I searched for it several times before I found it. In addition to the front desk who cooperated with me to find a power bank, the attitude of the waiters in the breakfast room was also very good. Except for the noodle cook, the receptionist also had a stern look on his face. Where did I come from? The whole process was very, very Not pleasant! I will never stay at Ramada again!
