臨時決定帶娃飛機+高鐵去峨眉山所以8/17漢庭滿房情況下、看到這家“高分”民宿位置也在高鐵站對面還算方便。入住接待的是老闆、告知他第二天我們的高鐵時間並友好的討論了用早餐時間。結果第二天8：40如約退房時被告知早餐熱食還沒準備（理由是怕下早了會糊）、那我前一天溝通的都是廢話嘛？！入住那晚回來時明明前台沒有一個人（入住日是週六也根本沒有評論裏説的燒烤），此時老闆説他看到我們回來的（那為什麼不再和我確認下早餐時間呢？）説馬上可以拿出來的衹有豆漿和白煮蛋，然而用餐區域是沒開空調的，於是我們衹能選擇空着肚子去搭高鐵！
衞生：普通民宿角度來看還算乾淨、床品還可以，但是房間明顯有漏水痕跡。
環境：周邊環境不太好、在一個沒落的市場裏面，如果遇到下雨或者特殊情況、汽車是開不進來的所以其實並不方便。
設施：民宿不指望有什麼設施、都靠服務來彌補（可惜這家拉胯到我特別後悔入住）、面積還算比較大但也就隨便過渡一晚還行的程度。
服務：差點把我餓出低血糖、我還能給什麼分？也不是早到五六點要吃早餐給老闆難做的地步！
PS：退房後攜程app回訪才發現我還積分換了歡迎水果，但事實是連個空水果盤都沒看到。
回程再次住樂山市果斷選擇漢庭，天差地別。另外還要吐槽的是房間放卡取電，環保節約沒問題、但是房間空調的破製冷效果自己沒點數嗎？大夏天外面回來每次都要等大半個小時才涼快點。

民宿離高鐵站很近，從高鐵站出口，過馬路，過高鐵廣場，再過地下通道過馬路，即可到達民宿的商業城。離高鐵站最近的住宿點。
民宿位於商業城內，4樓頂樓。商業城一樓大部分都是做飲食經營，存在一定的安全隱患。
民宿內部經過精心設計，很多細節都用心在做。比很多連鎖酒店好。
不過民宿就老闆一人在經營，有時候找人不方便，次日的早餐也不知道在哪裡吃。
如果對以上不介意的，是一個考慮的過渡點。

對樂山的景點體驗很不好，奇葩的規劃盡是把遊客當**一樣，這樣的旅遊環境衹能讓人不再回頭。可是這家民宿是樂山唯一給我們留下舒適和舒心的地方，美女老闆娘很會生活，熱愛品茶民宿設計也非常有自己的想法，每個房間都有不同的格調，我們完全因為民宿的舒適才想續住一天，續住後也哪兒都不想去就想賴在民宿休息。住過很多民宿和酒店，本是一個不喜歡住民宿的人，可是這家店讓我很舒心。
地理位置也很好，就在高鐵站正對面的民宿羣中，出了高鐵站走地下通道過來就到了

酒店好近樂山站，可以行路過去幾分鐘，老闆娘好熱情招待於上週未燒烤還請大家吃，早餐抄手是他們自己包的好好吃，如果大家來樂山玩可以選擇這間民宿👍👍👍
