行程有變，未辦理入住，店家自行確認已入住，同程提前協商了，店家不予退款，春節期間不好買車票，酒店退訂實屬正常，預訂後不可取消，很多其他酒店未入住18點前均可取消，店家吃相不要太難看，是平時來住你們酒店的人太少了？缺錢缺慌了嗎？能賺一分是一分？建議別預訂他家，看了其他網友的評價，酒店環境也很一般
