其他都行，就是服務太差了，問個問題一點耐心都沒有！代朋友預訂的，想確認下是不是自助入住，然後問了句密碼，半天不回覆，還打給我朋友説我老問問題！直接説一聲已經和我朋友聯繫了不就好了？訂的是有早餐的，第二天問早餐在哪裡吃，無論我是不是代人預訂的，回答客人問題不是應該的嗎？而且又不是一直扭到問，結果半天不回覆又跑去給我朋友發消息，本來是想安排得周到一點，結果搞得這麼尷尬，真的無語！

衞生太差了，床上有不明物體，櫃子旁還有上一個客人遺留的一次性物品，進門就有一衹小蟑螂，不過服務態度較好，溝通過後馬上給我們換了一間房間，不過換的房間衞生間還有上一個客人使用過的牙膏牙刷梳子，懷疑清潔人員是不是衹換床單其他都沒有打掃。希望能加強衞生工作，酒店所處位置很不錯，去哪都方便。

五一到樂山來玩，訂了酒店，到了酒店樓下沒有停車位了，停在不阻礙交通的位置，酒店的物業態度惡虐不讓停下來，喊跟酒店打電話，跟酒店打電話，酒店説去自己去其他停車場，説有個露天停車場，然後沒説完就把電話掛了。去了露天停車場也沒有車位。我們與酒店協商，給我們出停車費，並給予適當賠償，酒店承諾第二天與我聯繫協商賠償和付停車費，結果並沒有與我聯繫，

房間非常有格調，超級温馨，設備齊全，配備有洗衣機和冰箱，交通也超級超級便捷，旁邊就是萬達廣場商業區，距離車站也就幾公里，出行方便，超讚，強烈推薦

房間是可以的，喜歡休閑、商旅出行可以考慮。榻榻米房很適合晚上和朋友小酌兩杯。唯一不足就是沒有浴帽和一次性漱口杯（是的🌚我更喜歡一次性玩意兒）空調力度相當不錯，智能家裝相當適合我這種躺床上不想起來打窗簾的懶狗。樓下還有夜市（對街的鮮肉燒賣絕了）
