if you are looking for clean and sanitized hotel that you can keep you routines keep away from this place. there is no house service or something similar that keeps the hotel clean and tidy, hotel owner does all these amenities by herself. this is nearly 10-12 rooms hotel and can not be keeper clean with an unprofessional hotel owner... you can find the room clean when you just look because cleaning is only done for the areas that you will see. bathroom and toilet are in a small place and that area is the dirtiest part of the room. there ise nothing on the windows so every kind of flies and bugs are in if you open the windows. owner could is kind and smiling generally but until you say a deficient thing or problem. They are rough and non problem solving persons thenafter. pool is dirty, and towel service for pool or the beaches around is absent.

Elia Village Hotel cancelled our reservation, which we made two months ago, just 10 hours prior via an email. As a result, with two children, we got stranded in Mytilene and had to sleep in the car because we couldn't find accommodation; everything was very crowded. When we contacted Booking, they informed us that the hotel did not notify them. However, the hotel itself claimed they had informed Booking a week earlier, citing a faulty air conditioner in the room they were supposed to assign us. This turned out to be completely untrue as Booking confirmed they received no such communication. We found out about the cancellation while on the road that very day, as we were only able to check our emails the next morning. Initially, when we called the hotel, they rudely said our room was unavailable, the one they would have given us had a broken air conditioner, and promptly hung up. After several attempts, another person finally told us that room couldn't be provided without any further explanation. Consequently, our vacation was ruined. We, two adults and two children, had to spend the night in our car. It took Booking a whole day of calling around to finally find another hotel where we spent the remainder of our vacation. Therefore, I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. They completely ruined our holiday, and for that reason, I strongly advise against staying there.

I cannot recommend Elia Village enough! My family and I stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time. It all starts with the exceptional hospitality of Hero and Andreas, who have become our friends. The facility is newly re-opened, renovated, clean, and beautiful. The rooms are large and comfortable, with a small balcony and a kitchenette. The outdoor pool is fantastic and we loved sitting around the pool at all hours of the day and enjoying true peace and quite. The location is fantastic - in a secluded area and a short drive away from Agios Isidoros, Plomari, Melinda etc. Elia is gem that is highly recommended. We cannot wait to return.
