I do not know where to begin. we arrive in the room in the morning and the air conditioning leaks profusely in the shower. We ask to fix it but they say it is a plumbing problem and then they turn it off. Our friends same problem in another room with also explosion during the night of the bulb in the bathroom. In the afternoon the air conditioning continues to remain off and other customers report copious air-conditioning leaks in the room. The noise of the highway makes sleep very difficult and the windows do not cushion anything. Very hot night with still the winter duvet. At around 2 in the morning some very angry customers scream complaining about the copious water from the air conditioning. window which was impossible as the window was on the other side of the room .. it had not been opened and the ants came out from under the tiles ...... in the bathroom the tub handle was rusty ... shame because the structure has strong potential

Set in a peaceful area close to a lovely little town called Sesto Calende. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony overlooking woodland. As it is out of the way, they also sell plated meals at reasonable prices which can be heated in their kitchen area, if you don’t want to head out. Lovely staff, will definitely return.

Really a good place, with free shuttleservice to the airport even! The wifi is free, and works perfectly - and the familyroom we had was spacious and clean - nothing missing with cleaning every say. Great pool area. We enjoyed the breakfast very much! The dinner was buffet during our stay due to the storm, so we can’t really rate the dinner. But everything else was ok. One missing star is for the playground, which is kind of too tired and should be replaced? But other than that: we had two great days here as a family and will come back.

In fact everything was very good. Breakfast perfect. The food in the Last Hall restaurant could be a better ticket, for example, not being served hard. Additional cost for the deep garage parking place of € 19 /Tag, in a few parking places on the hotel area, is already sporty especially when booking, As far as I remember, it is not expressly mentioned and no hidden costs would be expected. So look carefully.

It's a fairytale! It took me a lot to decide if to take the risk to travel or not. I'm glad I did take the risk! This is the first holiday when I don't check anything about the place I was going to stay, surrounding area not at all, just wanted to escape London for a bit. From far one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed. The hotel looks like a museum, incredibly amazing, surprises didn't chased to happen, they have a pool, tennis court, soccer court so many facilities, it's crazy. The room I've stayed, stunning,the view from the balcony took my breath away. It's quite, it's beautiful, it's perfect! Hotel stuff, they couldn't do any better than this, friendly, willing to assist whenever necessary, I felt like home! I've even got an early check in 🤗.Thank you Domenico, Monica, Andrea, Manpreet and everyone else!!! For anyone looking to escape the madness from a busy city like London let's say, this is the best place to be! P.S. make sure you bring mosquitoes spray, as I've mentioned I haven't done any inquiries before coming so, mosquitoes attack wasn't fun at all. I was looking forward to have dinner in the outdoors restaurant which ended up being a nightmare, but it was entirely my fault, the hotel is located on a hill, surrendered by trees obviously you'll have to deal with mosquitoes. Stayed overnight for our early flight home to the US. Front desk person was very efficient and kind. The room was particularly large for an European hotel—great mattress. Very clean. Helpful staff. Great place if you need a no frills, clean and comfortable place to stay while overnighting. Hotel has a free shuttle but a reservation is a must. Didn’t know that but they went out of their way to accommodate. Definitely mail use again if needed for this purpose.

Ho trascorso alcuni giorni in questo hotel con la mia famiglia, restando subito colpita dalla bellezza dell’ambiente, per gli ampi spazi molto curati sia all’esterno che all’interno: ci ha accolto un giardino con un prato verde e rigogliosi alberi fioriti, e ci è venuto incontro personale gentilissimo che ci ha portato i bagagli in camera e ci ha indicato il parcheggio dell’hotel. All’interno, bei salotti arredati con eleganza e guarniti con piante e fiori freschi, e una sala da pranzo piena di luce grazie alle pareti tutte a vetro, affacciate sul giardino. All’ultimo piano, una grande terrazza da cui si gode la splendida vista del lago e delle sue isole. Sul dietro c’è una bella piscina che in primavera non è ancora fruibile ma che d’estate sicuramente offre un piacevole refrigerio. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati e abbiamo trovato disponibilità anche da parte del personale di sala (abbiamo usufruito del trattamento di mezza pensione) pronto a venire incontro alle esigenze dei miei nipotini di uno e cinque anni. La posizione dell’hotel è ottima, vicina al centro e al lungolago, e in particolare a due passi dalla partenza dei traghetti per le isole. Insomma, consigliatissimo!!!!
