Imagine how horrible it is being told you need to leave the property that you’ve paid to stay at for no apparent reason. Just as the other review mentioned no one takes responsibility for their actions. They are liars, the staff cut my reservation short without notice. We had a reservation split up for 5 and 2 nights, on the 6th day - I received a call saying that we needed to get out of the room because it was reserved for someone else which was not true they made me pay for two additional nights. They took my money for two nights and lied about my the confirmation they said that they reserved me for one night when I clearly confirmed two nights. Either the staff members wanted to take my money for their own purpose or use my hotel room to sleep for themself- either way I hope no one else returns to this horrible establishment since they don’t care for their customers! Horrible customer service makes this property appear to be trashy. My comments were referring to the two men that work at the front reception area

Very well kept ground. The room was very clean with new modern design and fixtures. Not just high end and well maintained for a Caribbean destination but a high end well maintained place by any standard. Just a few steps from and incredible beach as well as creole village and the marina. Has gated parking and parking garage as well as parking lot across the street. Great views from just most rooms, and incredibly friendly helpful staff. The price was more than fair for such an incredible accommodation. I would certainly stay there again and recommend this hotel if you are staying in point du bout.

Very clean apartment, a stone's throw from the beach and restaurants. Well arranged and plenty of storage. Parking in the residence. Effective air conditioning. We really enjoyed our stay. Supermarket 10 minutes by car. Very beautiful beach next to the coco bar. I recommend

Pleasant surprise. The residence is very well located in the Creole village. It is new and very well maintained. There is covered parking which is useful in hot weather. The apartment is very well decorated, new and modern. Fully equipped with taste down to the smallest detail. Cleaning is done mid-stay. We feel good there. The common areas are pleasant and pretty.

The KAOUANNE Residence is clean and in good condition. There is free, sheltered parking. A beach is a 3-minute walk away. The residence does not serve breakfast but 5 minutes away you can go to a bakery to have it. The staff is friendly but in the evening the reception is closed. We are very happy with our stay.

New hotel residence. I had a studio with a very pretty sea view. Nice surface area. Everything is new. Great bedding. Very well equipped. Very very well located a few minutes from the Creole Village, the beaches and the port. Reception is currently taking place at the Creole Village and not in the residence because everything is not yet finished.

No one is responsible for anything in this establishment. Arrival on a Thursday, no hot water, I reported this to reception. I call back every day to request intervention. It's Monday, I leave the residence, without having seen anyone for hot water. The person at reception can't think of a better response than that she considers she has done her job and that overall, that's how it is, period. Establishment to avoid!
