Correct accommodation, well located, welcoming, recommended for a stay by the sea, spacious accommodation with TV, wifi, parking, swimming pool, all the comfort you want when you are on vacation. lots of shops around

We had a good stay in this residence "the gardens of the admiralty" where practically all the journeys in the thatch and the sands of Olonne were made on foot without touching my vehicle, the apartment is good and the swimming pool heated is enjoyable.

Elevator broken, no designated parking space because it was taken by someone else. Dated apartment, TV only works on 3 channels, dirty curtains, fridge that freezes and is noisy, and the unbearable smell of cold tobacco. Bathroom lacking light. Noisy (squeaking furniture doors in the neighboring apartment in the middle of the night annoying) noise from the street. Also run away....

A super market at the door, Chaume market (2 / week) 1 km away. Parking in the residence. To improve the apartments in terms of functional details and furniture.

I had a good stay in almost perfect accommodation with all the necessary comfort (like at home), I was not disturbed by environmental noise or by neighbors (low season). The residence is well located (10 minutes walk from the boat taxi which takes you across the channel to be next to the large beach). There is a parking space allocated to each accommodation. I recommend despite the slightly high prices which are higher in high season. I would be happy to stay indefinitely.

The exterior of the residence is not maintained and the two elevators do not work. You have to carry the suitcases yourself to the third floor. The receptionist told me 'that would do it'. Is this a commercial response?

Much too expensive for the quality of the accommodation Very dated, bad smell Complaints of mold in the room and I'm not talking about the kitchen Elevator still broken as indicated in previous reviews. I suppose it will never be repaired. I advise against it

Cleaning not done, smells in the sink, fridge making noise, dirty blankets and curtains, damaged bathtub surround.. very disappointed! And elevator broken! Practical with a baby and suitcases. Positive point: the location.
