This is really the most gross appartment I have ever been to. It called a 5 star appartment but doesn't even deserve 1 star/

I have never seen an apartment that was so dirty and worn down as this one. And we payed a lot of money for this. Everything is dirty and broken down. This is advertised as a for star apartment, but even 1 star would be too much. This is what you get - broken down tabel - dirty bedding - no duvet covers - worn down couch - broken down closets - apartment hasn’t been cleaned in ages - mold in the bathroom - mini dishwasher, while it’s a 6 person apartment - mini fridge instead of a normal one And the list goes on!

It was ok but expensive for what we got.We were told they were no towels as the hotel was full! There’s no room cleaning. Make your beds on arrive. ***** them and fully clean the room when you leave. And the lady in rebel ski hire was vile we had 2 children first pair of boots were to small she wasn’t happy about changing them probably the wrong time of the month not the experience would expect in a hire shop. Nice little supermarket on site and friendly lady.

The apartments are close to the slopes and have good ski in ski out access. They sit up on the hill above Les menuires but there is a handy lift that can take you to and from the Croisette within minutes. The building is tired and has some loose paving at the entrance. The boot room is very small and awkward and is a squeeze when more than two people are in the room. The apartment was spacious and had nice views to the mountains. Unfortunately, the accommodation lost points because I was bitten by something during the night and there were odd smears on the sheets and little black dots. There was also a musty/damp smell in the room which we couldn’t get rid of even after leaving the window open. Unfortunately the place doesn’t look like the photos.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever had the unfortunate pleasure to stay at. We arrived and the reception was closed, We had to collect the bedding from reception and take to our studio room. The room had just 1 sofa bed which was terrible. The bathroom was falling apart and rotten. The boot room was a disgusting, difficult to get to paint falling from the ceiling, small. The over powering smell of dog faeces by the entrance to the apartment was truly disgusting and having to dodge it daily was appalling, paving slabs broken and everything was rundown and dirty. The patio door to the balcony was broken and wouldn’t lock. We also had to clean the rooms at 2 am before we left and return the bedding. I don’t think places like this existed anymore

Read the reviews before we went and have to say we were a little worried. Upon arrival staff were very friendly and helpful and throughout our stay. The entrance to our building was a little scruffy but with foot traffic all with ski boots on it was to be expected. We had a studio flat at the end of the corridor so lovely and quiet, beautiful views(obviously). Spotlessly clean well equipped kitchen, fair sized wardrobe with ironing board mop and bucket, broom. Bathroom good size with a bath and shower. Large double sofa bed which I have to say was actually very comfortable and did look new. Welcome essential pack with a scourer& cloth one dishwasher tablet, one bin liner and one sachet of cleaning fluid for washing floors which we used at the end of the stay.I would say do your own clean at the end of the stay so as not to have a cleaning bill. Shops on the ground floor of the apartments good selection, and a funicular to the main shops and restaurants in the centre at the back of apartments. The reason we chose here was the ski In ski out which was good We have stayed in various accommodation in the alps over the years and would say we would return.Very functional and no frills. I would say great location good value for money

We booked this as it was advertised with Crystal Ski as a 4 star hotel. It is more like a two star hotel, with both those stars being for its location. The reception staff are rude and unwelcoming - especially to English guests. Impolite and unprepared to help - not a great first impression. The hotel is run down and communal areas (corridors, ski room, lifts) are dirty and falling apart. Room was a good size, the bathroom was the best feature. Again, room was not very clean and the sofa bed was more then overdue being replaced. Pool was cold and sad - I would just avoid it really. All in all, quite a poor standard of accommodation but a great location.

The hotel was poorly maintained, doors falling off or not locking. The room was extremely small. The bed was very uncomfy. Only one set of towels and bedding for the week. Spoke to the staff about the issues with the room and they did absolutely nothing about this.
