We stayed here over this past Christmas holiday (2022). The property itself is spread out over several buildings. Each building is 2 stories and contains 6+ units. Each unit has it's own private entrance and some have their own private porch. As such, there are no elevators. And because of the separate buildings, there are no porters or doorman or bellhops or dollies to help with your luggage. If you're assigned a 2nd floor unit (as we were), you'll have to carry your own stuff from the parking lot to the unit. Fortunately the parking lots for each building are close enough to the unit entrances such that even if your unit's entrance is on the side, it's not that far of a walk. Unfortunately, there are no assigned parking spots, so if the spot closest to your unit is occupied, too bad. The main building contains all the amenities - front desk, hot tub, pool, games, etc. And depending on your unit's location, it's either the next building over or a few buildings away. Our unit was in the building farthest away from the main building. We would have to either drive to the main building or take a 10-15 minute walk if we wanted to use the hot tub or other resort amenities. We booked a 2 bedroom unit. It was so worth it. The place was huge and very roomy for a family of 4. There was a gas fireplace, well appointed kitchen, huge living room and an equally large dining table. The beds were really comfortable and we all slept well. The Wifi was strong and we didn't have any issues connecting or streaming videos. The nice touch was a mudroom entrance with a bench so one could take off your snow-covered clothing/shoes without tracking that stuff into the unit. What's missing are coat hangers so that we could leave our snow-covered coats there. The resort runs a shuttle to Mont Tremblant every 20 minutes. Unfortunately it doesn't stop near our unit, so if we wanted to take the shuttle, we would have to walk 10-15 minutes with all our ski gear. We ended up driving there instead. It snowed quite a bit during our stay and the resort staff did a great job clearing the snow from the parking lots as well as the sidewalks, stairs, and unit entrances. We didn't have any issues when we left in the mornings or when we returned in the evenings. The front desk people spoke English and were really friendly and made several excellent dining recommendations in nearby towns. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay as well as the close proximity to Mont Tremblant. We would definitely stay here again. The one thing we would do differently is book earlier so that we could stay longer.

Despite the bad weather, we had a wonderful stay in the Mezzanine Dome with our 8 months old baby. Everything was clean, very modern, worked properly (though it took us some time to figure out how the microwave worked) and there were no bugs. The jacuzzi was the perfect temperature, we had 4 nespresso coffee pods for a 1 night stay, bath robes and towels plus all the kitchen hardware we needed. The Dome was big enough to install our travel crib next to the bed and park our huge jogger stroller inside and it had thick curtains that could be pulled to create the perfect dark environment for baby (and us) to sleep. The heated floors were the best thing about this place. We only turned the fireplace on for a few minutes in the morning (it was 0 degrees outside). We didn’t use the mezzanine beds but I found the access (using a vertical wooden ladder) quite dangerous for small children or anyone with balance or vertigo issues. We particularly enjoyed the intimacy of the Mezz Dome as the terrace and windows are facing the forest and the next dome is far enough that we could not see or hear the neighbors. Is it also the closest dome from reception and the parking lot. The farm is also a nice addition for small children. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and if it wasn’t as expensive, we would have stayed longer. I would suggest to arrive as soon as possible and make sure all the kitchen hardware and electronics work properly before 19h (since I read there is no service after this time), and to look at the map of the resort (attached) before choosing which dome or chalet to book.
Château Beauvallon

My family of nine had scheduled to travel to Chateau Beauvallon on Dec 26 through January 2. This was our Christams gift to our family which we confidently booked in July. In the days before our travel date, the COVID-19 public health crisis had escalated at a pace that no reasonable person could have anticipated. The Government requested that all non-essential travel be avoided in Quebec, and mandated that gatherings be limitted to a party of 6 as of Dec 26. Our party size and the non essentail purpose of our travel placed us in direct contravention of the governement restrictions. As it stood, we could not gather, eat together, or access any of the now limitted hotel amenities. This would not be the vacation we had agreed to or paid for. When we reached out to the hotel, to change our travel dates to comply with the Government directives, we were met with a rude and condescending response. The lack of flexibility and the manner in which we were treated by this hotel so disappointing. During what is an incredibly trying time, the Chateau Beauvallon was very unproffesinal and unreasonable adding insult to the injury of having to cancel a much-anticipated family vacation at a high cost. I would not recommend this hotel to any other family.
Le Westin Tremblant

The location of the hotel is very convenient. The third floor can directly access the ski resort area, and there is a free place for storing skis! It may be that the snow season is relatively busy, and the hotel's sanitation work is very general, but the service attitude of the staff is still very good. There are free tickets for priority access to the snow park, ice skating and night snow parks. Finally, I would like to remind everyone that when booking an overseas hotel via Ctrip, you must get the zero bill when you leave the shop. Because you have had previous painful experience, this time you are especially careful. As expected, it is almost double-charged. Confirm at the front desk that the room charge has been deducted!

Very nice staff . But felt the hotel rooms were pretty dated . Whilst the outdoor pool was open & hydra pool was open one day closed the next doing maintenance. The steam in ladies wasn’t on and took an age to get going so gave up . I understand work needs to carried out but if you paying guesses then these things should open . A rather disappointing stay in truth .
