Good place to stay , great location for shopping and city centre. Some spots in room need to be refurbished.

Large hotel with beautiful views of the city. Super spacious bright room with large bathroom and bathtub, towels in perfect condition. The hotel has two entrances so it is very practical to go down to the city!

very charming catering and reception staff, buffet and decent breakfast, nothing more the parking lot be careful to book in advance because there is not enough space for everyone, very narrow, be careful when maneuvering. the equipment is good but a little dated still swimming pool heated to 30°c and jaccusi to 35.5°c perfect for relaxing just a musty smell.. perfect sauna gym fitness class in the evening perfect perfect games room too small downside there is only one terrace in this hotel it is great because on the rooftop beautiful view but its access is prohibited after 8:00 p.m. (we can understand to avoid the risk of falling or others especially since the hotel has 10 floors) too bad if we want to sit down to smoke a cigarette or a cigar the rooms are too heated for my taste, will please those who are cold the bathrooms are clean but the equipment is outdated the rooms are very large, the floors are dilapidated or even degraded the room doors are poorly soundproofed the hallways are clean, clean carpet is modern the elevators are functional and clean pedestrian access on the rear facade to the city center is a plus

The hotel is clean and tidy, the service attitude of the staff is good, the price is high, the breakfast is complete and rich, the overall experience of staying is good, but the location is a little far from the city center

Full and delicious breakfast. The games are paid, false advertising as the hotel shows the games as if they were part of the hotel.

這個酒店要着重説一下，安道爾較差的酒店吧。設施陳舊。本來他們有地下停車場，可是非説沒地方，我停進去了還有好幾個車位呢，前台非常不友好的告訴我“你最好開出去”。沒辦法啊，身處異國，衹能開出去停在公共停車場（1.3歐元、小時），諮詢問題吧總是愛答不理的，我也知道人家不愁客源，也不需要回頭客。但是早餐還是不錯的，比較豐盛，咱就是這樣實事求是。

It was wonderful, clean and the staff was very helpful. I travel with my dad in a wheel chair and although I tried to get a room with accessibility and ******* did not help me, the staff of the hotel was able to help me with a room with our needs. It was great.

Filthy and dodgy hotel. Don't be fooled by photos and reception area. Rooms are very dirty and old. FAMILY & COUPLE don't book this, we booked double bed and got 2 single bed. Receptionist and manager too rude when we ask for change. Once you paid your money gone, they never gonna help. This is not 4 STAR hotel, just fooling people with photos. Highly recommend stay safe elsewhere than wasting your money here.

The room was in pretty bad shape (peeling floors, old peeling bath tub). It obviously hadn’t been renovated in a long while. Under the bed was full of dust bunnies

This is not a 4* hotel, rooms are very old (like the 80’s). If you want to stay close to city center is a good option considering the location, but if you want to stay close to the sky resorts this is not the best option (you will have to drive 10-15’ to get there).

We were greeted with big smiles, and super fast professional service. We asked, and got lots of good advice. Breakfast , very good choices ; wished for maybe turkey sausage ( many pork varieties)

Amazing views!! Lovely rooftop terrace with amazing views, lounge chairs, and a pool, hot tub, sauna, and workout area! Nice big breakfast! Only thing that could be better is the cleaning of the room (The bathroom wasn’t cleaned very well when I arrived), and some of the furniture could be updated. Other than that, it was wonderful!!!

I did not like that except the front desk, the restaurant staff did not speak any English. Everything else was great!
