Madame Vacances Hôtel Ibiza

Hotel Ibiza is a 3 star hotel, yes it does have an eclectic decor, could do with a refurb in places, has a basic boot room & north facing rooms are tiny BUT it has amazing staff, great food & a lovely welcoming atmosphere. We booked a two week ski holiday in January via Crystal Ski. We were misinformed by Crystal that all rooms had a balcony and that all inclusive included vouchers for lunch in several mountain restaurants. The small north facing room without balcony on the ground floor was very disappointing & nothing like what was advertised by Crystal, (they have now updated their website). The hotel moved us to a bigger room for our second week which was very much appreciated. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all buffet style with a huge choice. The shuttle service to the slopes was excellent. The staff without exception were so friendly & helpful, special mention (apologies if names are spelt incorrectly) to Jack, Renee & Brahim in the restaurant, Francois the bar manager, Fred & Andre (Andreas) on reception & manager Michelle. Sorry I don’t recall the name of the manager who kindly took my husband to the medical centre when he broke his arm & assisted with getting our luggage to the Crystal meeting point on departure (Crystal drop you on the main road..) I would stay here again but I would book direct with the hotel so that I could be confident in what I had actually booked.

Fabulous Ski hotel. Friendly check in and given lots of information. Duplex Room with an amazing view, very clean, lots of hooks for drying ski gear, lovely espresso machine and bottled water. A nice touch is the coffee/ croissant stations located on each floor. The food! Amazing choice for breakfast and dinner, very tasty and fresh attentive service. Ski/ boot room offers easy access and so easy to get to the lifts by either the hotel mini bus or regular ski bus which stops at the door. Spa was fine, jacuzzi was hot but pool a little cool. A big mention to Jack, Rennie and Andreas for a making our stay so great. Would highly recommend this hotel.

My stay at Hotel Ibiza Les Deux Alpes was a major disappointment, and I struggle to understand how it has received such positive reviews online. The problems began with the room itself—our door handle broke off shortly after arrival, leaving us unable to secure the room. Despite reporting it right away, it took over 24 hours to fix, which was inconvenient and concerning. Cleanliness was another glaring issue. The pillows and bedding were in a shocking state, with visible blood stains and heavy discoloration, making the room feel unhygienic and unpleasant. The food was equally disappointing. It was consistently served cold and lacked any real quality. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend eating elsewhere. The spa facilities were also subpar, with a cold jacuzzi that made it impossible to enjoy. The only saving grace was the reliable transfer service to the Jandri lift. Overall, the hotel falls far below the standards it advertises. The photos online are misleading, and the reality is not up to scratch. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

We travelled here in a group of 8 for Christmas 2024 and had the most fantastic time. We had booked All-Inclusive, the food was excellent throughout the week and also enjoyed a special gala dinner for Christmas Day. Two of our group required Gluten Free options and never had an issue finding something to eat, even though there was no labelling on the buffet the chef/staff were great in advising what they could eat and even made a gorgeous gf Carbonara from scratch on two occasions. They also provided a gluten free pack-up to take on the slopes. A special thanks to Jack & Kosta who worked very hard looking after us in the restaurant/bar all week... The mini bus service to the ski lift was very welcome, a big thanks to Dale & George for transporting us to & from all week. A couple of the rooms were a little on the small side and maybe a bit of a refurb required. The sauna/jacuzzi pool was a welcome place for a little relaxation after a days skiing. We would definitely return to this hotel..it really made our Christmas special. Thank you Hotel Ibiza

What a great place to stay nice location great facilities excellent food especially for ceoliacs!! We had 2 in our group the chef was great at advising and even making certain dishes that were not on the menu just for us !! jack and costa were brilliant looking after us and everyone else The whole team were fab I must make a special mention to Dale who picked us up and dropped us off at the slopes sometimes twice every day And the team would not be complete without George who went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasurable as it was thank you George you are a credit to this hotel

We had an lovely stay at the Hotel Ibizia in March 2024. All the staff were very welcoming and professional. Deserving a particular mention were the head chef who served his food with real joy - particularly the fish, Frankie on reception who set the welcoming tone for the hotel, as did Juliett and Cormac in the bar/restaurant. The hotel Taxi driver and service was great - in the morning the taxi was usually ready & waiting to take us to the lift station. The food was buffet style but of excellent quality and plentiful. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. We made use of the swimming pool, sauna, table tennis and pool table during our stay. The pool is a little dated, but great after a day on the slopes. I would choose to go back to this hotel.
