Very nice and comfortable place. They are apartments owned by individuals but managed by MGM. MGM do the reservations, checkin, cleaning etc. The 2 bedroom apartment we had was fantastic. Spacious, 2 toilets, a bath, a shower, kitchen (small one but full equipped) , dining area, sitting area and a balcony terrace. Our electric car slept in the garage, hooked up to an 11kw charger. The swimming pool is large, but too many kids in it, making noise and splashing. They need adults only hours. The sauna and hammam were perfect, as was the ice cold water pool. My wife has a massage, which claims was top notch. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. But there is no staff after 8 o'clock in the evening until 8 in the morning. It's a 5 minute walk into the town for restaurants and supermarkets. Highly recommend this place.

I was supposed to go to Chalet Laska this week and the booking was cancelled by the host with no explanation. At this stage we had booked flights, transport, etc and there were limited other places to stay.

Our Christmas holiday booking at Chalets Laska was cancelled with just 5-days notice, no real explanation given other than administrative problems, no alternative accommodation in Les Contamines offered and no compensation. Appalling customer service, we can only warn against booking to stay there!
