The pool and pool-side snacks were lovely. The breakfast felt heavenly each morning. The staff was attentive, kind and caring. Our room was lovely, the AC was strong, and the bathroom was well appointed. The property is lovely with flowers and olive trees. Note, we did notice a number of bees drinking water from the pool - if you have allergies, just be aware - though they truly did not bother anyone or even seem to want our food. Everyone was very kind and attentive with our 6 year old- truly all guests even said hello to her.

Dated room with pretty old furniture - some were painted to fix the day we got there (paint still wet, got on hands) Was at ‘lower’ price end so guess you get what you pay for (not cheap in my opinion). Was locked in toilet room with broken latch. Staff friendly, appetizers a little pricey, breakfast okay. Far from anything but that’s what maps are for. Car park in secure fenced area with secret code to get in, strange? Would not return.

Awful. Rooms not at all like pix. Dated 80s furniture. Room was fly infested. Wife got locked in toilet room with broken latch. Got black oil paint on hand when opening fridge cabinet (just painted). Scary parking - was behind secure high fenced lot with secret code access - why - dangerous area? Middle of nowhere and not in a good way. Worst lodging in a two week trip thru France. Bar restaurant was okay although €24 for a few cheeses was a bit outrageous.

We stayed at the property in early June and it was a wonderful stay. We had two deluxe rooms upstairs at the end of the hallway. The rooms were spotless, well maintained and had Provencal charm. The service was pleasant and friendly. We had breakfast every morning and the servers were a joy, so friendly to us Americans! The gardens and landscaping were beautiful. It was very hot outside and we enjoyed dipping in the cool water of the pool and lounging in the sun. There is a bar where you can get drinks or snacks to take to the pool area. One of the servers recommended a nearby small village for dinner, Maussane. Very cute and very Provencal, we enjoyed it. Also, we loved the location for exploring Uzes, Arles, Avignon, which are day trips. Overall, a great stay for us!

The hotel was perfect for experiencing the Provençal lifestyle: the room was clean, the bathroom had aromatic herb shower gel and locally produced olive oil cream, breakfast was served in the garden and included only products from local regional producers, the pool was set in an olive orchard, the courtyard was beautiful and the scent was amazing. But most importantly, everyone was very kind and genuinely committed to fulfilling every request. The only downside was that we didn’t reserve electric bikes in advance, so we couldn’t go on the planned ride—I think it would be helpful if this was mentioned during the booking process.

We have visited this hotel 6 times and it has never disappointed. A warm welcome, excellent service and great food! A great centre for visiting the area but also for total relaxation.
