Cleanliness, pleasant welcome. But average comfort and swimming pool/jacuzzi/hammam equipment not sufficiently maintained (or not in service). Damaged furniture. Linen (sheets, towels) to be taken down yourself before 10am. This seems too expensive for the actual services, even in the middle of the winter season.

Dirty accommodation, cleaning not done, disgusting bedding, patched-up furniture ready to break, a front door that doesn't lock. Pool great lack of hygiene, dilapidated locker room. A staff that cares about everything.

The staff is very friendly and attentive. A crazy view of Lake Matemale. But the accommodation, the swimming pool, the common areas (stairs, no doors...) leave something to be desired in terms of hygiene, safety and dilapidation! The HS hammam all week. Stains on the clean sheets, the complaint fell in the hall, the kitchen utensils not suitable for 6, cracks+++, the outside parts not cleared of snow ...... We still had a good stay! But we won't be back.

Ski ou pas, randonnées ou pas il existe de multiples lieux à visiter sans aller bien loin et l'Espagne est à 35 minutes. Comme dans pratiquement toutes les résidences de vacances il vaut mieux prendre un logement dont le nombre de lits est supérieur au nombre de participants au séjour. Sinon c'est la galère...

logements vieux et vraiment sales. Les parties communes et la piscine sont également assez sales avec les odeurs qui vont avec. Ne vaut absolument pas de payer une centaine d euro la nuit. Le réceptionniste est au top et le personnel aussi! la vue est magnifique et la structure bien placée pour visiter la région

Les logements pour 8 sont super spacieux ! Seul bèmol la machine a cafè à filtre et absence de lave vaisselle mais superbe vue sur le lac et la vallee. A seulement 5 minutes en voiture de la station les angles et piscine interieure pour les jours gris !!!
