We were just one night here, but we immediately felt well. There was information before that the reception was not occupied, but everything was well prepared. This was also true. It was an information letter and the key at the trees. The room was just under the roof with a small balcony backwards. On the back of the accommodation was a pool, a relaxation area with lying chairs, a place in the garden, with chairs and sunscreen, etc. The concept of accommodation is simple: Make yourself. I had the unfortunate experience of misplacing the key as it happened to slide into a hidden compar**ent in the dash of our rental car. After leaving the hotel the next morning and driving to our next destination, the key slide out. Only being 20 minutes away, I returned the key to the hotel and I was reimbursed the 140 Euro. I informed the hotel at check-out that I was not able to find the key. The owner or manager was extremely unpleasant and he forcefully informed me with an expression of anger that I would be charged 140 Euro. I informed him that I would pay the charges but that I felt that I needed to alert other travelers reserving a room at this hotel of this situation. The desk clerk had given me access to my room the evening before she departed so that I could re-enter my room for the night. I had not thought of the implication that the key could be in the hands of someone who might cause harm. The worst part of the experience was that I got very little sleep the night the key was lost. I was frightened that if someone had found the key, they had the ability to unlock there front door of the hotel and a key to my room. I moved all the chairs against the door for some security. There was no one at the front desk through the night who could assist me in changing rooms. There was a number on the front door for emergencies only. During check-out, the hotel desk clerk did not speak fluent English so it was difficult to work with her but she found a colleague who spoke English that was kind and helpful and I truly appreciated her assistance in paying for the key and resolving the issue. There are many wonderful hotels in this region, I would advise you to think carefully before reserving this hotel to avoid an unpleasant experience in the event of a misplaced room key.

My family has been spending the winter vacation in this hotel for almost 10 years, indicating our great satisfaction. The best part of this hotel is the staff, who are excellent, professional, friendly, and always ready to meet guests' needs. They are the soul of this hotel. A big shoutout to Kostya, Nastya, Slavica, Manfred, and others. The hotel is constantly invested in and renovated. A few years ago, the wellness center was renewed and expanded, which is excellent. All bars and the restaurant have been renovated, and we really like the new ambiance. The rooms in the Residence part of the hotel, where our rooms are located, are spacious, beautiful, and comfortable with plenty of storage space. However, they need a bit of renovation, such as new mattresses, radiators, shower faucets. These are minor issues that wouldn't prevent us from coming back. The hotel's hygiene is at an admirable level; everything is clean and tidy, and the whole hotel smells good. The cuisine is excellent; this year, desserts impressed us, and we send greetings to the new dessert chef (who works in the hotel for a long time and finally got the place he deserves). One observation is that in previous years, there was often a buffet-style dinner or snacks and desserts, but this year it only happened once a week. Also, the afternoon snack, discontinued since last year, is missed by us and other guests as far as we've noticed. We are aware of the economic challenges in Europe in recent years and hope the hotel will reintroduce these services when the opportunity arises. The hotel's location is also good; a short walk and you're in the village center. In conclusion, Seefeld is a charming village with not many ski slopes for advanced skiers, but several large ski resorts nearby for those seeking more adrenaline. The slopes in Seefeld are sufficient for us. My daughter likes to say that Hotel Alpenpark and Seefeld are like scenes from Christmas movies, and being there feels like entering a Christmas film—absolutely beautiful.

Wow! What a great family experience. So much to do right there at Burgenwelten Ehrenberg. Kids just loved it. The incline, the museums (Ritter Ruettiger included!), the bridge, the castle. If you do run out of stuff to do on site, the local area is stunning, and you're 20 minutes from Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau in Bavaria. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and the bathroom was huge and had heated floors! Restaurant was great and had a kids menu and our kids actually ate!
