I stayed in this hotel for 5 days and 4 nights in August 2022. The hotel is in an excellent position, practically on the sea. From the rooms overlooking the sea the panorama is wonderful. Furthermore, it is a stone's throw from the station and public transport with which to reach La Spezia or embark on the ferry to go around the islands (Palmaria, etc.). Few internal parking spaces, therefore it is strongly recommended to book them by telephone. Alternatively there is the large public outdoor car park (7€ the day ticket, provided by the hotel but for a fee) about 10 minutes away on foot. The breakfast was plentiful with the possibility of choosing between sweet and savory. Comfortable and clean rooms for a family of 3 plus a cat. Overall a great stay. Definitely a highly recommended establishment.

We (a family of 3, ages 44/45/12) spent a few lovely days here end of July 2024. The reviews we read ahead of the stay made us a bit uncertain, but this turned out to be totally unnecessary! The room was absolutely great, with a separate room for the preteen, wellworking aircon and a fantastic large balcony with sunbeds and a lovely view. The location was also great, with the sea and restaurants almost right outside the hotel. Breakfast was simple, but tasty, and all of the the staff was superfriendly! We especially have to point to Gerry from the reception, who went out of his way to help us and make our stay even better. For instance, when all of the hotel sunbeds outside the hotel were pre-booked, he found us a spot at the sundeck where we could put down our things safely and still have a swim and enjoy the water. Great service! In retrospect, the only things we wish we knew beforehand is that the hotel sunbeds must be pre-booked in advance, and the same for the hotel garage.

Hotel was in a TOP Location,direkt on water front.The view from our balcony was fantastic to wake up to in the mornings. Parking is a bit of an issue but is ok. The reception staff are extremely friendly&very helpful. There are plenty of restaurants close by to have dinner at night👍 The breakfast buffet is ok but nothing special. Unfortunately there are renovations at this moment but we were lucky being there on a Saturday&Sunday so there wasn’t any work being done. The only negative to our stay was on the Saturday night there was an 18th birthday party in hotel&the young people stayed on the street outside the hotel till the early hours making much noise which was not good👎👎

Room location was good with a balcony overlooking the sea. Bathroom was very small! Room was small but adequate. TV did not work, but that was okay - we did not need to watch TV. Breakfast choice was limited. One morning the scrambled eggs were inedible!!

The management is indifferent and lie. There is no security of any kind. Loud party till 4am with drunken men, not hotel guests, roaming the halls and smoking. Desk clerk could care less, phones didn’t work when we tried to call the police. Avoid!
