Stayed over for one night. We were with our son so booked a family room which was lovely. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast excellent. Would stay again.

I expected to have a good time at this charming bed and breakfast but that was not the case. The entrance area is connected to the bar, so it’s unclear where to check in.
I booked a king en-suite, and the room had a queen size bed, was freezing cold (30F) cause the heat hadn’t been turned on for the unit. It ended up being two travelers which they then had us move to a family suite with an up charge. As a ******* VIP member I didn’t expect this.
There was no complimentary coffee or water provided to us. The manager seemed unphased and honestly annoyed anytime I spoke to her or requested something. The staff could use some training on proper etiquette for foreign travelers.
Additionally if you don't have your own vehicle or know anyone in town to drive you it will be extremely hard to get around. You’ll need to call for a local taxi service and pay cash.

When I checked in I asked about the Wi-Fi State and was told all was good no issue. The second I attempted to logon I was unable to use the WI Fi and unable to work I informed the reception to be told Oh yes thats normal for this time of day. As it turned out it was the same all day and night. Staff service was poor.

For what looks like a high quality this lace disappointed. Took two days to call me back, by then I could not get into the spa. Room and ensuite was smaller than those chain hotels. Rain shower only with no shower caps for those precious ladies. At breakfast over cooked eggs and well under cooked sausage left a poor impression. Great shame

The hotel was fantastic. We got a phone call on the way to confirm we were coming and have a quick chat which was a nice touch. The man who checked us in could not be anymore helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the bed was incredibly comfy and although it was a warm day, the room didn’t get too hot with the windows open.

315 is an absolute gem of a place. So much packed into a small property set in a beautiful area. The food and service were exceptional, the room modern amd cozy. I didnt have chance to use the spa but it too looks fantastic. I will be back!
