Polite, grateful and helpful staff. The central pool was cloudy. The tile is not visible. Nothing is visible. 1st time I see a cloudy pool. Of course we didn't take a bath. On arrival, which was at 2 in the afternoon, there were no sunbeds, neither on the beach nor in the pool area. Everyone leaves their towels in the morning and ties them up all day. Indeed, the problem is in sufficiency. In the room, the couch was dirty...there were obvious stains. On the wall, you say it's probably mosquito blood. The breakfast was very good, since there were varieties and some of the things we tried were delicious I will say again about the personal, that it was very good, friendly and pleasant! .

Four stars are way too much for this hotel. One, maybe two stars but four... I chose the hotel because of its price - which finally appears overpriced for what you get - and was not expecting much but even my low expectations were too high. The only reason I remained in the hotel is because I have paid upfront and there was no way I was going to see my money back. Let us start with the welcoming. I arrived at the reception and the attitude was like I am going to someone's house for free - here are your bracelets, here you may check the hotel rules, your room is in the main building. No one cares to show you the way to the room, no one cares if you need assistance with your luggage, you are on your own. But let us say this is because someone had a bad day. But again it is a "four" star hotel... You are going to the hotel and your first impression is quite good - big hall, nice looking pool, view to the see but once you enter the elevator the good impression is gone. Two old elevators which when starts you have the feeling you are going to fall down in the basement. The impression on the floor itself is quite depressing - dark hall with carpet on the floor and flashing room numbers. When you enter your room the impression is good - tiles in the hall, nice view to the see and hotel's pools and small terrace. But then the details start kicking in - old, dirty carpet on the floor in the room, peeled paint on the room's attic, missing handles on the wardrobe and then the bathroom. The bathroom is another level of disaster - once you take a shower everything is wet including the hall of the room. The drainage of the bathroom's floor is poor to missing and the water is there for hours after you took the shower so everything remains wet and thus not very hygienic. The mirror there shows stains which are quite old and no one cares to clean them. On the third day of my stay I killed a mosquito on the bathroom mirror on purpose to check how long it will take to clean it. Guess what, it took longer than my stay as on my leave the blood stain from the mosquito was still there. And I guess it is there for the new guest as a welcome greet. We went out of soap and remained without it for couple of days before I requested some from the maid. The terrace itself is quite funny as the air conditioner drainage is draining on the terrace heading a small shaft in between every two rooms. Due to this strange engineering decision it is wet all the time and there are rust stains from the table's legs and the chairs' legs all around the terrace. The food is mediocre and quite flat - you will not remain hungry but if you are looking for diversity you will be disappointed. And the fruits are something I want to mention specially - in every hotel I have been in Greece so far the fruits are on another higher level - and here they were very poor to be humble. And if that is not enough there are tons and tons of mosquitos. Oh, and do not forget the cats which are everywhere aroun

The rooms here are in serious disrepair—not just in need of a few fixes, but a complete renovation. During our stay, I reported over 10 issues, including a loose balcony railing, holes in the walls, rust, broken balcony doors, mold, and stained carpets throughout. Why there’s carpeting in a beach hotel, I don’t understand, as it’s far from practical and looks terrible. The food was decent, with a good variety and a fresh-cooking station that served new options each night, which I appreciated. However, desserts were limited in variety and exactly the same every night, which became repetitive. The all-inclusive drinks were a letdown. Soft drinks were off-brand, often out of syrup or carbonation, and the rest of the drink selection felt very basic and low quality. Entertainment was only offered every other night, with limited activities for kids, so they were left bored most evenings. Greek Night was so loud it went on until midnight, making it impossible for us to sleep. But the most frustrating part was the sunbeds. Despite a policy that supposedly prohibits reserving beds, it wasn’t enforced. Each morning at 9am, we’d come down to the beach after breakfast, only to find no beds available for our family of four. This led to stressed, unhappy guests arguing and tossing towels off reserved beds. And if you wanted a bed by the pool, the same chaotic scramble applied. I spoke to management multiple times, but Betty in management only offered excuses. There are clearly enough beds for everyone if they simply enforced the rule like other hotels. This lack of enforcement made the experience extremely frustrating, and it spoiled what should have been a relaxing beach holiday. To make matters worse, I’ve been waiting since August for a response from Hotel Brain regarding my complaint. It honestly feels like nobody cares. Management, there is a lot of work to be done.

I paid 1940Eur, 9 nights, 2 adults, 1 child in 31.08-09.09 for 4* and found an exceptionally dirty location. 1. Food: In the morning you have 4 kinds of eggs, 2 cottage cheese, 2 sausages, 3 supermarket puffs, green tomatoes, yesterday's salad leaves, 4 kinds of jam, cereals, drinks. Day after day exactly the same. Lunch and dinner bring a little more, but it is dirty and messy 2. Maintenance and cleanliness: I have attached pictures of the pool, the refrigerator with ice cream, the coffee machine, the furniture for cutlery, etc. Make your own conclusions about the total lack of respect for tourists. 3. Services: you pay on the spot for the children's playground and for drinking water. 4. The state of the hotel:. You see outdated furniture, damaged walls everywhere. We also had 2 days of rain. Being accommodated in the bungalow, we saw water seeping into the walls and the terrace of the restaurant (correctly called the canteen), which was covered, flooded instantly, the roof was probably for the purpose of a sunshade. As long as it rained, at mealtimes, people were standing and waiting for seats to be freed, crowded, etc. 4. Staff: There is an acute lack of employees, they are smiling and kind, but they don't make faces. 5. Location: It is close to the sea, 5 min, but part of the circuits pass by showers and taps meant to wash you of sand, but they, being without drainage, with puddles, make everyone carry mud to the hotel and swimming pools . About 25% of the green area represents a better maintained garden, clean furniture, but guess what? You do NOT have access to this fenced area - it is for people with red wristbands (probably super all inclusive), see the stupidity in several places. Conclusion: It was a blast. We do not recommend taking all inclusive and/or long term in this hotel. Excluded income with children for reasons of hygiene. Be careful when you get a bungalow, behind the rows of bungalows there is a road with quite a lot of traffic, you won't sleep with the window open there, there are no screens for moskitos.

We are quite disappointed with the hotel service. The staff speaks very bad English, the food is also bad. A lot of salads and side dishes, the main dishes are mostly pasta and pies that are made from leftovers from the previous meal or the day, very few meat dishes, kebabs, some kind of patty (it is impossible to identify which animal it belonged to) out of the 7 days we were there, 2 days we managed to eat something other than french fries and tomatoes for dinner. All 7 days we had a problem with towels for wiping, not even one day did they leave us enough towels, the rooms are in a rather bad condition and were not really cleaned (cobwebs, dust, mold on the walls and in the bathroom). The highlight of everything is that they told us at the reception that we have to leave the hotel at 11:00. I don't think it's 7 nights 8 days, wherever we were on an all inclusive vacation we could stay all day swimming and use the beach bar. We will never return to that hotel again, the organization is bad, the staff does not manage to do their work thoroughly and with quality because they have to work at 3 workplaces in 12 hour shifts with no days off. Shame on you, firstly because of the poor organization of work and hotel management, and secondly because of the exploitation of the workforce!!!!

DON’T STAY HERE!!! The air conditioners didn’t work in either of our 2 separate bungalows! They sent the technician multiple times, but the air conditioner only worked for a few minutes and then stopped. We had babies in one of the rooms and they still didn’t move us to another room or even provide a fan until the next day. The room they moved the babies to smelt very strongly of mould and both of them got sick the next day. For the 2nd room, we were only moved to a new room after 2 days of complaints (our balcony door didn’t even lock and the safe in the first room wasn’t bolted down). If this resort was in any other western country they would be shut down immediately for serious health and safety breaches. The balconies are unsafe and when it rains there is a waterfall INSIDE the restaurant. There are simply too many bad things to mention here. On the positive side, my daughter and I are gluten free and we didn’t get contaminated… the chef made special gluten free meals for us… everyone else who could eat the normal food was extremely disappointed and ended up buying food outside the resort. Angeliki the waitress was amazingly helpful with ensuring we received our special meals. There was 1 bar tender in the beach bar who knew how to make decent cocktails. Elizabeth, the customer relations lady, was also very helpful, as was one of the men in reception. The Greek night was fantastic, with a wonderful singer and dancers. They need to create more special moments like this.

I was staying there with 2 kids and overall nothing was bad or a deal breaker, but there are things that could be improved and that could bring this establishment to an upstanding level for which it has every predisposition. Some renovations would be in order but nothing was broken or out of use. Bath tub shower was really uncomfortable to use though. We were in a room in central building and we had a lovely view, but also had missive mosquitos problems couple of first nights cause they were coming in through the central ac unit. Solvable with some repellent spray on the ac itself. Rooms were cleaned daily, but we got a sense that they weren't vacuumed daily based on the sand that was stuck into the carpet and just mopped. On 2 days towels were scares which with 2 kids is a problem and shouldn't happen. There is a water heater in the room but we only got teas and coffees on arrival day, same for bottles of water in fridge. The coffee and water is compensated by all inclusive system that was great for kids, just be aware it is all self service. One additional note that is a personal preference - food was nice and tasty. A bit monotonous and sometimes what's best doesn't get refilled as often but what was somewhat a personal disappointment is lack of fresh sea food and fish and more of the local cuisine. Big big big praise to the staff that works in the restaurant and bars, they were all so very nice and genuinely efficient and welcoming. management was also interested in our opinions and welcomed feadback, but nothing can be changed overnight.

I wish to write special thanks to beach security Spiros. He is the real heroe. We had the problem on the beach with other guest about the ambrela and beach security Spiros solved the problem in best manner. He is always there ready to help everyone. People are angry and nervious because there is not enough ambrelas. There are a lot of job for Spiris every day. Beach security Spiros saved our holiday. Problems: 1. No internet in our bungalow. We were in family bungalow. 2. The TV program is bad, we had only one program in English, 2 on German and 2 in Russian. Every chanal was full od snow. No clear picture. 3. No internet on the beach. 4. Not enough ambrelas on the beach. 5. People are taking to mamy food on the plates. Because of that there are long lines for some food. Once more, special thanks to beach security Spiros.
