The bedsheets were covered in blood stains. I asked the person in charge to deal with it, but they kept saying it was grease, treating others as **? Is this the way a big hotel should deal with it? They also pushed the responsibility onto the consumers. I am really worried about your management. From the moment I walked in, they didn't say sorry, but kept asking me to change the bedsheets. Can you change the bedsheets to something like this? They said such obvious blood stains were grease, which made me laugh to death. This mark must have been left a long time ago.
