Cet hôtel est vraiment à éviter Nous sommes arrivés un dimanche. Il n’y a aucun accueil. On nous donne des codes pour récupérer les cartes. Le système ne fonctionne pas très bien et nous avons attendu un quart d’heure pour avoir nos chambres. À notre grande surprise tous les matins à 6h, il y a le personnel qui passe l’aspirateur. (Du jamais vue dans un hôtel) Les salles de réception sont également louées pour faire des petit déjeuner à partir de 6h du matin sur des groupes de 40 50 personnes. Je vous laisse imaginer le bruit.. il n’y a aucun respect des personnes car les gens parlent et claque les portes en pleine nuit.. En cinq jours, je n’ai pas fait une seule nuit complète. Je regrette amèrement d’avoir choisicet hôtel..

Eine gelungene Kombination zwischen Tradition und Moderne, was ich hofft in Österreich erlebe. Personal ist überaus freundlich und aufmerksam. Von der Rezeption bis hin zum Servicepersonal. Unbedingt mal an der Bar und im Restaurant einkehren. Lohnt sich.
