The entire team os staff from front desk,Bar & breakfast team was very friendly.The room cleaning staff was excellent they did a excellent job.Also the only food the serve in the evening was pizza they where very good.

I booked the hotel for myself and a few friends and we were all completely satisfied with our stay. Very rarely have I slept this well in a hotel - the beds deserve a 5 star rating! Also talked to the GM, Mr. Bojar, and several front office / service employees and everybody was super friendly, helpful and professional. If your ever in the area or have business in and around Stuttgart, I can highly reccomend staying here! Thanks to the team @Mercure Gerlingen for a perfect stay!

Practical and good (sufficient) for a night stay at the airport. Positive: The B&B concept and the friendly lady at the reception as well as the good location at the Stuttgart airport, five minutes by car. Room still quiet. Negative: we had booked two rooms as a family with children, but these were then on different floors despite the request. Disgrace. Long waiting time when checking in. The floor in the bathroom was not completely clean under the toilet. Therefore, only three points, or more four or five.

They have been here occasionally in recent years. Under new name has not changed so much. The reservation works perfectly as always. If no major events are taking place in the area, cheap prices and offers are available. The car route to the deep garage is good, but then you need to find the right outlet in the huge deep garage of the shopping centre. The hotel is not central in Stuttgart, but in the foretown, the connection with the S-Bahn (5-10 min walking distance) is also good in the evening. Reception and check-in quickly, polite, uncomplicated. Rooms and bathrooms are clean, and functional, but no luxury. Some rooms on the main street can be quite loud at open windows. On the other hand, you can sleep very quiet. In summer it can also warm in the rooms depending on location and sunlight. The breakfast buffet was always very good, at the moment the choice is significantly restricted by the health situation, but the quality is still acceptable. Whoever is aware of the situation, for whom stay here is worth its price.

We stayed here as our usual hotel was fully booked On the main street with free car parking on street after 6pm at night until 8am in the morning . Hotel does have its own car parking but charges 15 euros a night and as we arrived after 6pm and departed by 8am no point in paying when you can park on the street It was very hot when we stayed and we were surprised to find that such a modern hotel did not have air-conditioning. We were provided with a fan for our room which I have to say without one the room would have been unbearable to sleep in Breakfast was fine the next day usual selection of breads, cheeses, meats etc Would we stay again? Probably not due to excessive heat in the room

It is the best location for the use of the exhibition hall and ✈️.
Both facilities and services were the highest level for business use, but as a Japanese, there was a bathtub and it was the best without complaint.

Location: 45/100 Rather unfortunate location, in a city close to the motorway but not so easy to reach, moreover in a busy street. Furthermore, my room on the first floor overlooked a small street where there was a mechanical workshop which started working around 6.30 in the morning, waking me up to the noise. Parking: 60/100 The outdoor parking costs 8€, quite expensive for an outdoor parking in a small town. Service: 80/100 Quick and efficient service. Rooms: 89/100 Spacious room for a hotel of this category. Comfortable beds. Stylish furniture and toilette. Medium size towels. Impeccable cleaning. Breakfast: 88/100 Very good breakfast with self service food and drinks which include nearly everything you would love for breakfast (except for fresh fruit) Price 88/100: Good price, and very good value for money. It is a 10-minute drive from Stuttgart Airport and it is very convenient to stay in Stuttgart during the trip. However, this is an industrial area nearby and there are no attractive attractions. Take the subway to the downtown area. If you want to eat simply, walk 10 minutes to Burger King and McDonald's, 25 minutes to sushi restaurants and other restaurants. The hotel is very simple, even smaller than the UK's ”Prime Inn”, so there is no coffee, no tea (the rope machine is in the lobby), hair dryer (very in demand?), and even the room card is not available. Enter the room just enter the password.

The rooms are clean VERY spacious and the beds are super comfortable. The A/C is a bit weak but not terrible either. Breakfast is rich and generous. Dinner is not good. The variety is poor and pale. While the hotel interior is not the last fashion it's still meticulous and well maintained. We were on organized trip with a bus so I can't tell much about the hotel location but we all loved the place.

Room was ok, great for the price but nothing special. No refrigerator or air conditioning so room got very hot. Also was the first hotel I’ve stayed at where you had to pay for a late checkout, but we were only using it to sleep then was out traveling the town and visiting the Porsche museum the whole day so for that purpose it was worth the price.
