The service upon arrival was very good, although it took a while to check in, it was already after 3 and they already had several guests waiting to get into the room, they said that they had not yet updated the status of the rooms.

The hotel is not what they clames to be
We had problems with the TV control de First night. They went supposely to fix it several times, late at night an no Solutions. The towels were old. The have an amazing view from rooms hotel córners and the restaurant on the 15th floor. But the windows are súper dirty
