I was really surprised about this great hotel. Located in the center of León I expected to face some disturbancies due to the traffic. I was wrong as inside of this spacious hotel it´s been absolutely quiet. A great garden with an absolutely clean pool just offered me a holiday feeling. The romos were equipped very well (fridge and microwave) and with a view into the garden towards the pool. Friendly and competent staff was always willing to give any quest a hand. and for sure I´ll be back pretty soon.

Rooms are clean, elegant, comfy beds, great showers & a/c, well appointed, except for one detail-- alarm clocks were so outdated they couldn’t be set to the correct time. It has good security, which is important as Leon has become quite dangerous. All the staff was very courteous & helpful. Restaurant was excellent too, with Mexican food and wings, salads, burgers, etc, all very fresh and elegant. There is a small gym with 2 treadmills + a few cardio machines, and weights. There is a laundry machine and dryer for guests. We chose the hotel for the pool, so one big problem was that for 2 of our 6 days it was closed completely. First it was closed the whole afternoon for a private kids’ party; then afterwards the pool was full of popcorn and pizza and stayed closed. Then, a few days later, it closed for a deep cleaning but they did not tell us it would be closed all day, so we waited hours until finally we were told it would open next day 9AM. At 9AM they told us it wouldn't open until 11AM. The pool itself is amazing and clean (except after that party). It is surrounded by tropical flowers that attract blue hummingbirds. In the mornings sometimes they put hot water to warm it. Would be perfect if were more available and required closures were posted with precise times. Despite this one frustration, we like the hotel and would stay again.

The design of the room is good, the area is relatively large, there is a Japanese restaurant opposite, close to the exhibition. It takes dozens of kilometers to go to the downtown area of Leon. There are some ancient buildings in the city, it is worth seeing.

Very recommended to stay, cost-effective, the environment is very good. Beautiful environment, good geographical location, convenient transportation, comfortable and sanitary rooms, service staff are very enthusiastic, facilities are very humane, high-speed network signal is good, the view outside the window is good. I am sensitive to sleep and therefore need a quiet room. That is unfortunately not quite optimal in this hotel. When I complained that I didn't want to live directly on the main street, my room was exchanged, but then I got a room right next to the elevators :-(

I found my room to be clean, large and very quiet, just the right combination for a good night sleep. Breakfast was included and it was well-stocked with juice (green and orange), plenty of fruit (truly large trays), yogurt, cereal, chilaquiles, beans, etc., and dinners were quite satisfactory too (I tried arrachera, guacamole, chicken soup, salmon, house wine)..........but the best part was the outstanding service-oriented attitude of Susy and Sophie in the lobby, Claudia and Sophie (another Sophie) in the bar and Paula and Jorge in the dining area. I found them personable, efficient and willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests were well-taken care of in said areas (lobby, bar, dining).......this must be one of the best kept secrets in Leon........I am sure the rest of the employees in this hotel are also superb individuales, but I can only mention the ones I interacted with........my deep appreciation to those excellent employees..................

Breakfast costs $150.00 that still, it is a good option since it is on the card. You can improve WiFi signal, very low to connect****, use my cellular data. This is a wonderful hotel in Leon! The staff welcomed us so well and spoke impeccable English too. They were so helpful and could not do enough to make us comfortable. The room was amazing. It was large, very clean and well equipped. The coffee machine was great and the hand made chocolates were a welcome addition too. The bathroom was amazingly spacious as was the walk in shower! There were plenty of towels, bath robes and slippers. I would want to come back again! There breakfast was brilliant and the pool area and gym looked great too.
