There’s about 10% of the staff here who detest and essentially “spit upon” foreigners. There’s at least 6 employees who go out of their way to help make the stay enjoyable. The man who works nights at the front desk is generally mean and not personable. I asked for a thermometer because two of the young school girls traveling with our family have fevers: headache and vomiting. He would not allow me to bring the thermometer up to the room to quickly check the girl’s temperatures. I offered to leave him my cell phone, so he knew I’d be right back, but he refused and said there’s a 24 hour pharmacy which I know to be in a questionably safe part of town. The atmosphere her is charming and rooms are comfortable, but if customers are uncomfortable with staff… the business can expect not to have customers for long. Ana, maitre d at restaurant possesses a strong ability to belittle customers as well. Such a shame that a hotel with such potential turns off guests SO seriously.

Wonderful, comfortable place to stay. I stayed for one night in a small cosy hotel room which was decorated in a modern way and was a equipped with TV, AC and fridge. Bathroom was also modern. There would need to be some renovation but still fine. Breakfast buffet was also nice. Continental breakfast with lots of choices and fresh coffee. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed for two nights after two weeks walking the Camino. It was our best accommodation of the trip, a large room with a good shower and air conditioning. Breakfast was quite plentiful with fruit, cereal and eggs. The hotel is in the old town and quite close to the cathedral, however the central location means there are lots of bars and restaurants, and we could hear the noise from the street until after 1am on the Friday and even later on the Saturday. Overall though a good hotel, with a restaurant that looked really good, but unfortunately was booked up during our stay.

Location is great, right in the center. Friendly reception. Had a single room. When I entered it didn't smell very fresh. It probably had something to do with the spa. A window could be opened, but that did not go away the strange smell. As a result, I personally found the price/quality ratio to be mediocre

Le réceptionniste est un voleur! J’ai réservé une chambre le 26/05 par carte bancaire sur le site de l’hôtel, il m’envoie un e-mail a 4h du matin le jour mon arrivée le 22/07 pour me dire qu’il n’a pas réussit à prélever ma carte bancaire alors que ma réservation précise que le paiement se fait à l’hôtel et que la carte bancaire ne sert que de garantie uniquement. Il me dit que si je ne lui donne pas mon numéro de carte bancaire par téléphone ou par écrit par e-mail, il annule ma réservation. J’étais déjà sur la route alors je lui ai assuré que je serai présent à l’hôtel à 15h mais il n’a pas voulu m’attendre et a annulé ma réservation à 13h30. Je suis arrivé à l’hôtel à 14h45, le réceptionniste me dit qu’il a annulé la réservation mais que la chambre est encore disponible mais plus cher. Cette personne est un escroc, un voleur ! Il n’a pas voulu me faire le prix de ma réservation alors j’ai dû partir avec ma femme et mes 2 enfants pour chercher un nouvel hôtel. C’est une honte de se comporter comme cela avec les clients, c’est à vomir!

Hotel idéalement situé dans le coeur de la vieille ville de Leon, a deux pas de tous les monuments et à quelques centaines de mètres du chemin de Compostelle. La chambre dont je disposais est moyenne, sous les toits mais au calme. C'est propre, en bon état mais pas luxueux., un trois étoiles moins. Les personnes à la réception sont aimables, ce qui n'est pas le cas du barman. En revanche, le restaurant est bon, et le service rapide.. Globalement un hôtel tout a fait correct à défaut d'être luxueux. Un plus, il est situé à 700 ou 800 mètres de la gare, en ligne droite, et très facile à trouver et y arriver à pieds.
