Beautiful from head to toe. Very chic design. An air of quiet luxury is everywhere you go. Stayed twice and cannot love this hotel more. A real gem. Staff are super friendly. Anna Schäfer, the receptionist, helped me on multiple occasions and she is an utter pleasure to communicate with. The hotel is so lucky to have such a wonderful lady take care of the reception. Just love the Spa, which is totally stylish yet low-profile.

European luxury at its finest. Everything was impeccable. 10/10 food, amenities, service. I don’t want to ruin your future trip by mentioning all the special touches for adults and kids alike ! Amazing location on the slopes and a quick drive from Munich.

Enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape from the luxurious suite. The entire room smells clean, equipped with a matching natural colour design, comfortable bed and complete toiletries. Lots of day activities for the guests from toddlers to old folks to keep them occupied from the daily and weekly schedules, beside the wellness /spa facilities with heated swimming pools . We love the morning nature walk led by the lady staff, a Croatian, from the fitness centre. Thanks to her who reminded us to arrange with the hotel reception to take the gondola ride up to the Asitz mountain. Without her little reminder, we would have missed the breathtaking views from the mountain. Full board meals were provided, but somewhat surprised that tap water was chargeable, while coffee and tea were included . Overall, our entire family enjoyed a memorable stay.

Lovely wellness hotel in the beautiful Leogang setting. We went when it was the end of the school holidays so there were armies of small children but the adult spa and pool were excellent. The restaurant was great. We were in the private dining (full board option) and the food was delicious. If you want to enjoy the afternoon tea, get there early as it gets devoured by the aforementioned small children

First of all this hotel looks absolutely breathtaking. This is the ultimate Instagram hotel as you can make very pretty pictures from every angle. It seems however, that this is the main focus here. For a $1000 per night property, it just isn't on par with similar hotels in the region. The staff is the biggest disappointment, they are kind and do care about your stay, but it feels generic. The hotel lacked warmth, as a guest you certainly don't feel pampered here. Food is good but nothing really stood out and for the price, some generosity is missing. The spa is just stunning and the highlight of the hotel. I might have been more forgiving if the prices would be more reasonable but at this price point you should get a world class experience.

LOVED. Hands down, top 5 hotel I’ve stayed in. I’m surprised by some of the reviews stating it wasn’t worth the price. We had an incredible time and it’s so incredibly beautiful. Manos at the bar definitely knows how to make a cocktail… everyone was so friendly and helpful. We stayed for 2 nights and then transferred to another hotel down the road that we had also been wanting to stay at - we regret that decision and wish we would have continued our stay here. This place is a dream!
