We stayed there in the past with family and friends when we went skiing in Lenzerheide but will never stay there again. I would definitely not recommend it to anyone I know. There are much better options in the area with much better customer service.

We stayed at the Hotel Lenzerhorn for 2 nights – the staff at Reception were very friendly and we felt very welcomed as guests. The location of the hotel is perfect. Our room was on the 3rd floor with a splendid view of the mountains. The buffet breakfast was plentiful with lots of local products, vegetarian options plus we ordered freshly prepared omelettes that were delicious. There is a Spa, which we didn't have time to use (next time) and an outdoor Jacuzzi that was a great place to relax. We parked our car in the underground garage and could recharge it. We plan to stay at the Hotel Lenzerhorn again in the summer.

Our second time in this hotel while on a ski holiday for a few days. The location is excellent, opposite the PostBus station. There are several in-house options for meals, and a good wellness centre with pools, jacuzzi, saunas, etc. A great asset are the staff, most of whom are friendly, professional and informed. However, someone should train them to know that Irish visitors like their breakfast tea in a pot (not a glass) - after five days, we still had to get this changed every morning.

Great hotel and stuff, very positive attitude in the reception. Great nutritional breakfast, and very clean room. the first pool is not warm enough, but the second family pool is great. the outdoors jacuzzi is great also, so is the variety of the saunas. Very important tip: close the deal directly with the hotel website and do it as soon as possible to get the best packages and prices - I took a package that included the skipass - and it was worth it.

Spacious family room. Good breakfast and great location in the middle of town right next to shops. Spa is nice as well. We will stay here again. We didn't have our dog with us so I can't rate how dog-friendly they are or if they provide dog bowls or dog beds;)

This was our second visit and we had a very enjoyable 2 week stay at this excellent hotel . Everyone is very friendly and the hotel has a nice atmosphere. Everything is of a high standard. It is also in a great position to enjoy all that Lenzerheide has to offer.

Hotel Lenzerhorn is absolutely wonderful. Nice and clean rooms, great location, excellent service. The and very helpful staff. This was our second stay but hopefully won't be the last one. Highly recommended.

Old fashioned and stuffy and in desperately needing refurbishment. They charged us 600 CHF for a room, I don't think the bathroom as been touched for 30 years! You have to be joking a total rip off. They are trading on the central location. We had dinner and had a Swiss speciality raclette cheese. The problem is here they used the cheep kind of cheese you can get from COOP so all you end up with is a rubbery mess. Not the wonderful taste of a mature cheese. Also the raclette machine did not work.... To top it off the waiter got look very put out when we refused to leave a tip. No question of what could be don't better. Swiss arrogance at its worse. Don't go and give them the satisfaction the you can charge central London prices for a poor product and service.
