Hello, I went to the spa with my son. At the entrance, my son (who is 5) paid an adult price. In fact, I realized that the total price was not correct (as I could see the price list on the desk) when the employee ask me to pay 70 .- CHF. The employee didn’t even tell me that it was more expensive and she then argued that it was because children are noisy and because it is August. It is so disgraceful! If children are noisy, then make an adult spa only and moreover, inform your clients about your new price without leaving the wrong price list on the desk.

The hotel itself is in a great location and has a fantastic view. The spa and gym are wonderful as is the food for breakfast. The rooms are basic but the beds are distinctly seperate beds, so even when placed together, it does not make for comfortable sleep as a couple. The bathrooms lack basic amenities like conditioner, which was odd. Most upsetting, the hotel had organised a taxi to the train station early on the morning of our departure and they simply forgot, which caused a lot of stress. It’s still a good hotel but I would probably check elsewhere first before returning.

Malheureusement on s'est fait voler notre carte de banque et un séjour a été réservé via Booking sur cet établissement, dont notre carte a été débitée. Après demande à Art de Vivre & SPA ils ne souhaitent pas nous rembourser le séjour car le délais d'annulation a été dépassé. Bien sur qu'il est dépassé puisqu'on a pas effectué ce séjour et puisqu'on ne savait pas avant de voir notre carte débitée. Mais voilà pour eux les conditions sont les conditions... donc aucune compréhension et aucun geste de la part de cet établissement. Lamentable... une chambre a bien été réservée certes à notre nom mais elle n'est certainement pas resté vide. On ne recommande pas cet établissement! Personnel pas sympa! Et aucune compréhension! PS, un autre établissement à l'Auberge de l'Union a aussi été réservé à la même date avec la carte volée et eux nous ont remboursé sans problème! Question de compassion et compréhension. On ira à l'Auberge de l'Union c'est certain! Mais jamais à Art de Vivre !

Wir kommen seit über 10 Jahren immer während dem Golf-Open hierhin. Dieses Jahr aber sicher zum letzten Mal. Die Zimmer sind zwar sauber und schön, man fühlt sich hier aber nicht wirklich willkommen. Der Chef grüsst einem nicht, an der Reception sind sie auch nicht wirklich hilfsbereit (keine Möglichkeit schon vor 14.00h das Zimmer zu beziehen etc.) und am Abend ist das Restaurant und die Bar an eine japanische Organisation verpachtet, die hier das ‚Kaizen‘-Restaurant betreibt. Uns scheint das Motto hier zu sein: Mit möglichst wenig Aufwand möglichst viel verdienen.

Positiv: - Lage nur 3 Minuten von der Busstation "Lac Grenon" entfernt; sehr ruhig gelegen - Je nach Zimmerkategorie: Toller Blick auf die Berge mit Balkon - Spa: Toller Innenpool und fantastischer Jaccuzzi draussen im Garten. Der Garten bietet Liegestühle und strahlt eine herrliche Ruhe aus. Zudem hat es im Garten eine Sauna. Im Innenbereich gibt es zwei Dampfbäder (45° und 48°) sowie ein Eisbecken. Toll! - Frühstück: Der Service beim Frühstück war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Barista-Cappuccino. Auf Wunsch werden Omlette oder Rührei zubereitet. - Badezimmer ist sehr neu und sauber - Twin Bed-Zimmer sind vorhanden, das ist super! - Koffer können eingestellt werden. Negativ: - Die Holzdielen auf dem Balkon sind in die Jahre gekommen und wir haben uns fast an den Füssen verletzt. Unbedingt Schuhe tragen. - Uns fehlten für den hohen Zimmerpreis die kleinen "Extras" wie z.B. ein Willkommensgetränk, kostenlose Getränke im Kühlschrank oder ein kleines Abschiedsgeschenk beim Auschecken. Da hat es noch Luft nach oben. - Beim Check-In wurde leider die "Card Explorer" (die Gästekarte) nicht erwähnt. Wir mussten aktiv danach fragen. Die Karte ist kostenlos und lohnt sich sehr. Also unbedingt die Reception bitten, eine auszustellen. Wäre super, das käme pro-aktiv.

Ein sehr schönes Boutique-Hotel, zentrumsnah, ruhig, mit reichhaltigem Frühstück. Leider schließt die Bar um 21 Uhr. Zimmer sind teilweise modernisierungsbedürftig. Die Lage ist gut für Ausflüge, Parkplätze könnten mehr vorhanden sein.

hotel Art de Vivre Crans Montana - situated quietly near a lake at the Montana side - 15-20mins walk to the gondola (some manageable slopes), and the hotel provides shuttle bus to the gondola (no returning service) - cossy design in the restaurant and bar area - very spacious double room, with practical design - the beds are king size and the mattress is comfortable -Fantastic wellness centre, with an indoor pool with constant temperature (around 12m x 3m, approx. 28 degree Celsius), an outdoor hot jacuzzi , both faced with scenic mountain view and an indoor gym with plenty of equipment compared with most hotels, outdoor sauna in wooden house, and 2 steam rooms with nice aroma - the pool and jaccuzzi opened from 8am is a bonus -reasonable variety of breakfast, eggs can be cooked in different ways -have not tried the dinner as the restaurant was closed at the end of season
