The hotel had a very good location and the public bus-stop was just in front of it. The staff were friendly and they helped me a lot by answering my questions about the area and how to go to certain places. The room was as expected and the pictures on *********** are just a perfect example of what you are getting. The prices of this hotel were one of the best prices in Crans-Montana area. The breakfast was included so in general I liked my stay at Alaïa Lodge and I recommend staying there.

The room was modern, clean and comfortable. A beautiful view from my balcony. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again. The location was very convenient.

Clean rooms with a great mountain view. Friendly service, with room for improvement. Cumbersome, time consuming check-in despite using MEWS which makes the easy check-out process feel like you are rushed out. Plenty of uncovered parking. Solid hygiene concept.

We stayed here one night. Well located hotel between Crans/montana Friendly reception staff Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast was good. They have 2 restaurants. Bus stop outside hotel .v.convenient. We had road facing rooms with balcony.

This place was so cool. A little warm in summer as it doesn't have AC. Beautifully decorated and great breakfast bar

Stayed only for one night but it was such a pleasent one! It's a mixed stablishment which has hotel rooms and hostel dorms; I stayed in the dorms as I was travelling alone. The people are the front desk were very friendly, the room was super clean, the bed was very comfy and all the beddings and towels were top quality. The bathrooms are really big with plenty of wc and showers, all of them super clean at all times. The breakfast was very well served and the breakfast room is just wonderful overlooking the white streets of Crans. Would totally recommend

Stayed in the 8person dorm and it was really clean. Also you got 1small and 1 big towel available. The showers and toilets were really clean. All the People of the hostel were super friendly and made sure everything was ok. I'll definitely come back.
