Great location and rooms, prices were good for october. Perhaps a little uncomfortable the checkin process - the reception is closed between 12 and 16 so not very easy if you need to drop bags. Overall, very recommended for a stay in Crans,

Very good value for money. Excellent help and service from Carole, the manager, and her sister who both went that extra mile to make our stay so enjoyable. Will definitely stay here again.

Convenient and affordable option for skiing at Crans-Montana. Catch a free shuttle from funicular to hotel. Cry d’Este gondola is a 4 minute walk (in ski boots) up the hill. Some rooms include bunk beds, everything is clean, we’ll maintained and stylish. Helpful staff.
