Red Roof Inn Lenoir

I booked here because it was the only hotel in the area that was pet friendly and honestly I was worried because red roofs typically are run down and dirty. However to my surprise the room was newly remodeled and quite clean. The outside needs some work which they are doing now but the room its self was very clean, the beds were comfortable and it was quiet. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I’d stay here again.

The person working the desk was very polite and nice. The hotel was an absolute hot dumpster fire. The entire site is essentially still under repair from a major storm in the fall of 2024. The room was absolutely filthy with black tar stains on the chair and floor. The whole place reeked of grease and cigarette smoke. The majority of the tenants sat in their room with the doors open and talking very loudly. It was a disaster

Makes my city look bad. Smoked up rooms even though they were ordered as and specified in the room as non smoking. Construction going on. Very questionable neighboorhood and NOT worth the price. Referigerator was dirty abd smelled of alcohol.

Just old, room needed ceiling repair, coffee pot was inoperable, TV was old and obsolete.

This was an absolute horrible nightmare of a hotel and you should be embarrassed to have it in your listings for someone to book it. Very dirty property and our “non-smoking” rooms had only not been smoked in since the person that had them before us checked out that day. Our clothing and belongings we put in the room with us absolutely reeked of cigarette smoke when we left there. I told the front desk person and he was about as apathetic as he could be about it. No towels in the room, no garbage can, no remote control and no covers on 99% of the electrical outlets. It was a horrible experience and we had two rooms booked and piled up in the one that smelled the least of smoke of the two.

Not what red roof should be like Room was smelling and possibility has been smoked inside too. Loud full time leaving imigrants in the hotel. Possible ilegal activity going on.
