Convenient location off 75 just south of Knoxville. Friendly staff. Very clean. Well maintained. Nice breakfast with good variety from simple to full hot. Super comfortable beds with extra fluffy pillows and soft mattress toppers. Reasonable rates. We didn’t use the pool, but it also looked to be well taken care of. We would stay here again.

Depending on the budget needs of friends visiting the area, I recommend this hotel and one other one in Lenoir City, for its cleanliness and customer service. The beds are comfortable, the A/C has worked beautifully despite 90+ degree temperatures and the rooms and decor are as one would expect from a Marriott hotel. The laundry facility on the second floor is functional and reasonably priced.

Hello, would someone please be kind enough to share this email with Wyndham senior management. Thank you. This is the accessibility room you provided to myself and my wife for our stay Oct. 29/23 at the Wyndham Lenoir City Tn. This hotel and its management is disgusting! When we entered the room there was a 1/2 inch of water flooding the bathroom from a continuously running and leaking toilet. The toilet was filthy. The tub faucet was also constantly running and someone had gone to the toilet in the bathtub and the hotel left it there! There was no bath chair. The sheets and bedcover were soiled and full of cigarette burns. I called the front desk and told the manager who replied “If you dont like it you can leave. I will give you a refund but you must leave immediately”! I replied “We’ve been driving for 12 hours, dont know the area, where will we find an accessible room? Can we change rooms?”The manager replied “Throw your towels over the flood and I’ll bring you more towels”. The manager never showed up. We had a filthy room with an unusable bathroom and filthy sheets and bedcover. It was disgusting! I have never experienced a hotel stay so filthy and disgusting and a staff so unempathetic and unprofessional (both the night and the day managers, it was like this was their daily experience and response!).

Made 2 reservations for a total of 3 nights from 10/12-10/15. Two nights were paying and the 3rd night used my free Chase Anniversary night. I called the hotel on 10/10 in the AM to verify the 2 reservations and the manager said she located both and would merge both together. I wanted to verify this would be seemless and no confusion on check-in, and she said I was all set. Well, on 10/12 in the AM, while driving to the hotel, they called me to verify I was still planning to check-in in on 10/14 for 1 night. I said I had 3 nights reserved and the rep then seemed confused and put the manager on the phone. She was immediately very argumentative and rude with me. She was asking what room type I had reserved for the 1 night, I told her I wasn't sure as I was driving, but that I called on 10/10 for this exact reason to make sure there were no problems and I was told everything was merged and good to go. She demanded who I talked to on that call on 10/10, and then she admitted it was her. She said I would have to check out of my current room on Saturday, and check back in to another room since I had 2 different room types and they didnt have a same room available. I told her I was going to be gone all day for the event I was in town for and what I should do with my items. She said I could leave them in her office when checking out Saturday AM. I told her I would just lock in my car and then she rudely said, ”versus leaving them in my locked office? Okay, that doesn't make much sense.” At that point I was getting frustrated and told her based on prior 10/10 call with her that everything ”was merged and good to go”, didn't trust my items would be safe in her possession. Overall just a bad experience. That phone on 10/12 on their part was hoping I wasn't showing, because they knew they lied about 10/10 phone call, otherwise, why didn't I get a call to confirm the 2 prior days as well? Also, no Platinum Elite recognition on either check-ins, bad mattress that were way to soft, stained sheets, dirty bathrooms, and a very awkward location.
