Richter Hotel, a Member of Design Hotels

We stayed in a deluxe room, the overall impression was a curious interior with some flaws (like a crack in the entire ceiling in the room))). Overall, the attempt to create an atmospheric place was not very successful - due to the staff. It’s an extremely strange feeling - as if I was going to a 5* hotel, but ended up at a hipster party in someone’s house)) whose parents went to the dacha)) The girl at the reception does not care about basic words of politeness and attentiveness; I’ll keep silent about asking about your impressions, or what you liked/didn’t like. Some kind of incomprehensible familiar behavior - as if you were not a guest, but just passing by.. For breakfast they brought a barely warm omelette and porridge, when asked to warm it up, they said “everything is hot”, they turned around and left.. During breakfast, the waiter didn’t I didn’t even come up once to pick up the dishes, or to give at least one more spoon so that we could eat more than one for two)... It all looks so stupid that one can only regret it) In general, drink coffee once on a wonderful street of a wonderful city - Yes; Expect that people here know something about hospitality and attention, and really regard it as a hotel - under no circumstances.
