"The hotel is a bit older but comfortable. The only minor drawback was that the rooms weren't soundproof. I had an issue with the in-room mini-fridge not cooling properly, but the hotel staff were incredibly quick to help resolve it. Kudos to the Savoy hotel staff! The location is fantastic, very close to Braga Street, making it super convenient to find food and plenty of supermarkets."

"Spent several days here. It's a clean accommodation. There is a mosque next to the rooms and the room is quite noisy when people talking outside. But I liked the close location to Asia Africa. Lots of shops outside."

GGuest UserAm staying in hotel kumala . For 6 nights . Location good service ok but the breakfast and hotel not good at all different between pictures on website and the real and smelly .....etc so don't trust the pictures on websites and don't pay earlier. And if u see my coffee in picture in restaurant breakfast stayed ther 5 days i already checkout but mybe still there no one move if no trust see cctv

HHieng HoweNice hotel and service is excellent from staff across of all duties. Being a tourist, I have to grapple with language and system differences, counter staff Mr Kukup and a young female counter staff Ms Nuansa (sorry if I get the name wrong) went out of their ways to help. I really appreciate that and they all gave Bandung warmth and hospitality. Thank you again.
I was too engrossed with the beautiful sceneries to take photos of the hotel and staff and these attached are Kawah Putih and the tea garden. Hope it would inspire more people to travel here and stay in this excellent hotel.

ZZrKayMy room was great, with a nice view and a delicious breakfast. It was clean, and the international sockets were a convenient touch.
However, my little brother had an issue with the air conditioning in his room—it wasn't cooling at all. He reported the problem to the front desk, and they came to check but claimed that this was the normal temperature for all rooms. Yet, my room was cold, and his was hot!
Despite asking for a room change, they didn't offer any alternatives. As a result, he ended up sleeping in my room since it was cooler.
We paid for two rooms but only used one, which was disappointing. Based on this experience, I wouldn't recommend this 4-star hotel due to poor service.

BBalqisAfifahZwhen I first booked I had requested a non-smoking room but it turned out I was given a smoking room so when I entered the room it immediately smelled of cigarettes and the receptionist didn't confirm that the non-smoking room was empty, they should have confirmed first
My car also suddenly got scratched because it was valet parking
But for the price, it was quite affordable, around 300k with a bathtub

GGuest UserBudget hotel location near the city center, quite clean, unfortunately the bathroom is too narrow. Parking is also difficult, you have to put the car key to the security to move in.
