The location is good.Our room is in front of the river with a nice and opening view, The room are clean and basic amenities are available, Travel to nearby supermarket is easy.

Wunderschöne am Wasser und am gelegne Campinganlage.
Viele Familien campen hier und wir hatten einen sehr gut ausgestatteten Bungalow mit eigenem Teppanyaki Grill.
Leider etwas abgelegen auf einer Landzunge aber Erholung pur.
Es gibt kein Frühstück, da es eher eine Campinganlage ist, der nächste große Supermarkt ist aber in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.

The amenities could be improved, particularly when it comes to cleanliness. At first glance the cabin appears “clean,” but it quickly becomes clear that the standard may rely heavily on guests tidying up before departure, with staff mainly replenishing linens and toiletries. The space feels a bit tired and doesn’t smell fresh, which could be easily addressed with more thorough cleaning. The floors were dusty, corners had built-up crumbs, and the shower had some grime. The overall feel of the place is quite mediocre, and it wouldn’t take much to elevate it. Simple improvements—like more thorough cleaning, properly installed blinds for privacy, and updated TVs that are securely mounted—would make a noticeable difference. I’d recommend bringing your own cleaning supplies and giving the place a quick clean so you’re not dealing with leftover dirt from previous guests.

We loved this park. We were in prime location on a waterfront caravan site. This park has a waterfront location, boat ramp, great jumping pillow, plenty for the kids, nice open spaces, wildlife and shops nearby. We will definitely be back.

This facility is amazing!! wonderful staff, clean and tidy cabins, great outlook and surrounding park area. Very comfortable bed and a great shower. Heaps of amusement for the kids Thoroughly recommend, 10 out of 10 from me. I will be back!!

The cabin was very comfortable and had everything you need. The staff are very friendly. I recommend to stay at Koala Shores any time

I stayed in cabin no.6 on friday and saturday night which cost $340.
For about the same price I could have stayed in a neighboring motel where my fellow worker could have access for his vehicle on both nights.
I am not in the habit of doing this but I took photos of what I got for my $340.
Both the ceiling fan and exhaust fan in bathroom had dust adhereing to them as they had not been dusted for a while.
Dust compacted into corners of rooms and on "picture rails"
Paint chips and flaking paint off cupboards, water damage to base of bath door.
ALL taps in bathroom leak. (unless Hercules turns them off)
I have recently stayed at your caravan section and was very happy with our stay but I will not be recommending the cabins.
I consider all these deficiencies are management issues.
As I was asked by your organisation to submit a review I raise these issues as a courtesy rather than complaint.

Big Park. Lots of sites. Fair price. Beautiful spot for water sports. Lots of activities to do for kids. Lovely pool. No shops close by if you don't bring a car. Sites fairly close together. Friendly staff. Great location and peaceful. Nice bush walk track.
