Overall, it was a great experience. The amenities were amazing — lots of activities to enjoy, whether you're into relaxing or staying active. You definitely won’t run out of things to do!
The food was delicious, and the staff were all so kind and accommodating. They even granted our request for a room with a stunning view of Taal Volcano — waking up to that scenery was truly unforgettable.
Cleanliness was good, I’d give it a 4 out of 5. There’s a little room for improvement, but it didn’t take away from the overall enjoyment.
If you're looking for a peaceful escape with great food, fun activities, and breathtaking views, I highly recommend Canyon Woods!

It has good weather and far from busy streets. It has nice location though it was quite far and we had a hard time looking for the place since there was a rerouting due to closed roads. The place is but i was disappointed because it has poor connection and i immediately reported it to the front desk but until we checked we were not attended.
The food is ok but nothing special.

The TV wasn't working and called twice for help but no one came. The other room's AC was permanently on high so it was freezing. The restaurant on the first floor was packed and only had 2 servers including the cashier. And she was also taking room orders. Waited for almost an hour before we were served (we couldn't go anywhere else since it's far from tagaytay proper). The breakfast spread was super bland and my papa just ate fruits.
It was good value but then you will see these issues and then you realize why it was less expensive than others. But it looks like they are expanding - we hope the service and amenities will improve together with their expansion.

I was impressed by the cleanliness and tranquility of Canyon Woods. The surroundings are spotless and peaceful, making it easy to relax. I highly recommend this place.

Canyon woods is one of the most underrated hotels in Tagaytay. Imagine, you can get a clean room, Camp John Hay vibes for only P2500 with free breakfast and access to warm indoor pool and jacuzzi! Definitely an enjoyable experience! Will come back again.
